   Horrible customer service & experience. I recently ordered keys on their site which was not working and when I asked for support I found out that I ordered the wrong type. Even though I explained that it was not clear on their site I received the response that I should have notice through pictures of keys!!! Their site does not even give any clarification of the 1* keys and 3*keys, and the key numbers have same starting letter. Costed me £33 and I ended up 2 keys not working at all.. stay away from this company if you can!

   I'm now a key centre and a lock provider of avocet and abs, lovely company to work with unlike brisant/ ultion. No 3k lock and key package to start up like brisant did to me, obviously you will have to meet certain criteria but this company is awesome in my eyes, always helpful.    Had two locks from them and they were really good and easy to fit. The keys worked and the lock looks great. Fast delivery too and they use a reliable delivery courier DPD. Will be using again for my final lock and recommend them to anyone who would like a 3 star lock

   I phoned Avocet this morning. I wanted a Euro Lock barrel thumbturn 45 / 55, high security. I spoke to a lad in sales who said I could order one via their website. I said that I wanted to collect. He asked how far I would have to travel - about 30 miles. He said he would try to locate one nearer my home, but if that failed he would arrange for me to order via the website and speak to the warehouse, so that I could collect. He said he would ring around to try to source a local one for me and ring me back. As it turned out, I was lucky enough to find a relatively local supplier. As such, I did not do business with Avocet, but I was very impressed by their professionalism and excellent customer service.

   Avocet cylinder lasted three years. Now it is stucked and broken. Avocet doesn't apply the 10 years guarantee. So, if you are considering buy a avocet cylinder, forget it.
