   I have rated this company because their website was very easy to find the part I needed. There were so many to choose from but the diagrams were so clear and details were spot on. Next day delivery was a nother plus. Unfortunately the courier they use weren't up to the high standards of the trader. They took 2 days to deliver!! with no excuse or apologies. No fault whatsoever of UPVC Hardware. They apologised and chased the courier up about it. So they are well worthy of the 5☆☆☆☆☆ I have given them Highly recommended.

   Excellent business. Very good value for money. Very friendly staff. Good quality products. I used to work as a handy man for a local estate agency in Brighouse and used this company regularly for replacement handles and hinges etc for doors and windows. Almost always they have what you need in stock so you can collect it when you call. I haven’t been for a couple years, but called again today and was greeted with the same friendly greeting and exceptional value for money. The replacement window handle that I got was refitted in less than 5 mins and works perfectly. Thank you

   Yesterday I had a FUHR upvc multi point door lock collapse and required a complete replacement. Went down to upvc hardware and the lady on reception was very helpful and knowledgeable. Was able to obtain a replacement with fitted very easily. Would definitely use the company again. Thank you.

   They have been awesome, they rang to tell me a couple of bits I ordered didn't match, which was really nice. They refunded those bits and sent the rest. I then ordered the correct part and cycled over to pick it up. I will definitely be using UPVC Hardware again. Thank you!

   These guys are great! My order arrived very quickly, was well packed, and the parts were top quality.    Found these through Google Maps on my phone, and they looked like they would stock the part I needed to fix my Mother-in-Laws window. Gave them a call, phone answered quickly and politely (even that's a rarity these days!). Said I would be best bringing part in to compare. Well, Google Maps Navigation got me straight there. Quickly seen by nice girl on the trade counter who toddled off into the back with my broken mechanism, 2 minutes later she was back with a part. It was a little different than mine; the original company who made them had ceased trading and somebody else was now making a compatible part. Paid for the part and took it home. Fitted perfectly! UPVC Hardware is now saved on my phone for next time! Thanks! (PS. There you go (lovely girl on tradecounter) I told you I'd pop a review on for you!)
