“We’ve left our mog here for long and short durations multiple times. About to take him there again. I truly believe that our cat gets the care he requires. I’d rather pay a little bit to know that he’s in good hands. I witnessed the occasion with the poor review and it seemed like a bit of confusion had occurred so probably sour grapes.”

“Staying here for a few weeks with the wife and dog (been 3 weeks so far) while I'm out working my wife is not so she is here all day and she actually loves it the staff are above and beyond...! excellent dog walks and several pubs which serve food within a 10 minute walk, although this is a budget hotel the room is very big and if your lucky enough to get a room on the back its surprisingly quiet...and a 2 min walk to the driving rang if golf is your thing. Dont expect anything too flash but its far better than we anticipated”

Contacted ideas4pets & spoke to a very helpful lady called Dee who went out of her way to rectify the problem ensuring the correct one was delivered to me the very next day. Dee kept me updated as to what was happening, providing tracking numbers etc & displayed excellent customer services which is a rarity these days. Would definitely recommend this company for all your pet requirements.”
