“We really appreciate having a local pet shop right around the corner. Jason is super helpful and always gets our cats food in when we need it. He even dropped it round for us this week, as we’d gone away and we needed more for the cat sitter. It’s such an asset to the local area. In the past he’s let us take a little of a new brand home so we can try it with our cat without committing to a big bag, which saves a lot of waste when you’ve got a fussy cat!”

“Brilliant fish shop, I have been to many in the Bristol area and could not recommend them enough. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable about plants and fish. Recently bought a new tank from them which they helped me aqua scape which was great!! The equipment they have is also fantastic with a wide selection which I have not found any where else. “Had an amazing experience at Natural Treats today. My puppy Spudley was really nervous about going inside, but the staff were so kind. They helped to encourage him in with some lovely treats and showed him so much love that by the end he didn’t want to leave! Also gave some really great advice for raw feeding keeping in mind his allergies and I feel so much better about what he’ll be eating now! You can tell everyone there cares about dogs and their well being so much, and are more than happy to help anxious owners find what’s best! Will definitely be back very soon”

“This store is packed full of goodies you didn’t even know your pet needed! I come here for guinea pig, cat and dog treats that just aren’t stocked in an average store. The staff are friendly and love a chat, sharing their own animal stories too, they’re super helpful and have guided me through different types of leads that may or may not work for my unruly puppy! Definitely 5 stars.”

Having a shop that supplies this on my door-step at such a great price is helping us reduce the amount of freezer space taken up by dog food and support a local business at the same time. “Cassius gives 10 stars! The most lovely and caring doggy day care centre you will ever come across. My dog jumps out of the car and drags me inside to get to his favourite place in the world. Cassius plays with his friends and enjoys the pools they set out on a hot day in doggy day care, and he never leaves without a treat at the end of the day. The staff are amazing and have a passion for dogs. Especially Charlotte, Abigail, and Emily are his faves. Everyone at perfect pet services are such lovely human beings and I am blessed to trust you with my best mate. I can’t recommend my dogs second home enough, thank you guys for all you do!”

“Went in for some advice and dressings after slicing my finger, came out with everything I needed to help it heal quickly including antiseptic wipes, medical grade honey which id not used before, steristrips to close the wound and advice on how to use all the above. Great experience, and thumb is healing well, thank you!”

“Quite simply the best pet supplies shop in Bristol! Karen and her team have supported us from the very beginning with our puppy and continue to provide us with everything we need. Excellent quality dog food, natural treats, toys, a selection of gorgeous beds which look good enough for anyone to curl up in, and sound nutritional advice which is crucial for the health of your dog. There's a real sense of community here and they will do pretty much anything to help and provide you with what you need. Go here if you own any kind of pet or just want some bird seed for your garden, everyone is catered for and you'll be well looked after. L”
