I have popped in to pet planet a couple of times and today I asked a young girl for her help to find something for my fussy golden retrievers bad breath and teeth, she recommended a hard yak treat and my girl loves it.
My mum wanted a pair of budgies and a cage.. we went into pet planet and was helped by a wonderful lady (sorry I can't remember her name!?) She was extremely knowledgeable and helped mum with everything she needed. Nothing was too much trouble, really kind, helpful and a genuinely lovely person. Thank you very much.
Amazing shop. The team there are knowledgeable, helpful, and nothing is too much. Great selection of both hardware, foods (including live foods) and live animals for you to look at. As an independent they are not always the cheapest, but they are the only place I will go to for pet supplies in Trowbridge.
By far the best pet shop around. Knowledgeable staff and a great selection of quality products competitively priced. Always greeted with a smile whenever we make a visit (and our boy Turnip usually gets a treat from behind the counter!) Every member of staff here is so friendly which makes all the difference. We always make it a habit to support local, independent shops and it’s always a pleasure to shop at Pet Planet.
Small and intimate shop but with friendly and experienced staff. On the day I visited it was quiet so there was plenty of free parking. This might not be the case during a busy week. The staff were very experienced and happy to answer my questions.
Such a great place for all your reptiles needs, very helpful advice too.
