   Popped into store looking for a water resistant coat for my dog. A very friendly assistant, Emily, took me to where I was shown a lovely selection of coats. She asked me several relevant questions and then showed me one that would be ideal. I was advised to bring my dog into store and try it on so that I would be satisfied with a correct purchase. She advised me, that if she was not there, to ask any of the assistants and she was sure they would also be able help me to select the best coat for my dog. Can’t wait to pop in next week.

   I have been shopping here for years, having bought hamsters from here back when it was known as Pampurred Pets but have never thought to writing a review until I started to visit with my Chihuahua puppy, who has been attending their Puppy Hour. Puppy Hour has been a wonderful experience for Severus and I think it has really helped his confidence with other dogs. The staff running the sessions are very aware of the needs of smaller dogs like mine and provide the option for the smaller pups to have their own space seperate from the larger and more boisterous pups whilst still allowing them to greet each other through the safety of the play pens. The staff in store are very knowledgeable and approachable and treat each customer and their pets as a welcome guest in store.
