   I have been coming to the doghouse for over 4 years and every single visit the staff have been more than welcoming. My dog had her puppy socialisation grooms here and loved them. We have used a variety of their raw foods which always went down well but best of all are the dog treats section. Fab range of dog accessories and lovely coffee and treats for us humans too (cake).

   I purchased a blue ball for my dog which arrived and it was the wrong colour and far too big. I ordered medium which seemed suitable for my Shih Tzu. On arrival it was purple and enormous. I rang doghouse and they pointed out the measurements were on line. May I suggest you point out that the medium is actually very large and to check measurements carefully. I was told that I would be sent a return label for the large ball and would also be sent a smaller ball for free and some doggy treats. The next morning the same girl rang and told me I would be invoiced for the smaller ball. After all that! No respect for my time. The refund was generated leaving out the postage cost. No free ball even though I had in the interim purchased another product for £22.00. Poor customer service and very unprofessional to finish a call with a solution to then call the next morning and retract. I hope they will not loose furthur customers due to poor customer relations

   Absolutely love dog house come here at least once a week with my two dogs. Only thing I think could make it better is having more tables outside as sometimes we are forced to get takeaway or go elsewhere if the tables are full. I also think it would be nice if there were some dog beds outside in the seating area so the dogs also get somewhere to snuggle rather than have to sit on the cold floor.

   Very friendly store/cafe/dog groomers. You can literally take your dog in for a grooming while buying them treats, and then wait with a nice warm coffee.

   On a drizzly day last week, we visited Doghouse with our two dogs Arthur and Maisie, plenty of toys were purchased from the great selection and fantastic tasting coffees were had under cover outside. After a stroll around Bradford on Avon we were back for more accompanied by delicious cakes and treats for the dogs. If we are passing again we will be sure to stop by as we were made extremely welcome by the two ladies working that day. Well done and wishing you every success. Ian & Ally Coates

   A trip to DOG HOUSE in Bradford on Avon. We have wanted to visit for such a long time and it didn’t disappoint. A very welcoming place stacked with an array of toys, treats, enrichment ideas, coats, collars, leads and much much more. Plenty of some of our favourite brands plus some new discoveries! Everything that Dog House stock appear to be items that are actually suitable for a dog…sounds crazy but there are lots of unsuitable toys etc out there. Some of our favourites were Dog House branded items… dog treats and the tennis ball. We also spotted a new tick remover…tick twister…which I already have…but could not resist the cute little container they are in! Plus @greenandwilds Frog dog toy..❤️ You can also stop for a cup of tea, cake and dog Icecream or a puppachino! What more can us dog lovers wish for! We will be visiting again soon.

   Went there for the first time yesterday. Fantastic establishment, made me a fantastic tea and sold me a bag of pastries. Only minutes away from me and very well laid out and planned. Lovely atmosphere and the young lady behind the counter doubling up as barrista was polite, attentive and really lovely
