We always go to pets at home and the staff are always really friendly but today we did the Pet Pals workshop and my three boys loved it, so much that we've booked to go back again at the end of the holidays! Chloe who did the session was amazing- very friendly and informative, the kids loved it and even my toddler was kept engaged for most of the time and interacted with the questions and wanted to give his observations. Thank you for a great experience :)
Tourists buying gifts for beloved pets at home! Big pet supplies stores by our standards. A lot of choices for different animals. Relaying a joke I wrote before leaving for UK. 2 aunties after traveling a days in uk A1:“ it is time to go shopping for some stuff for love one back home” A2:“ Yah, must do that” 2 aunties rush to the biggest pet shop in London. Upon entering the store, 2 aunties ran in different directions ! ( fren have a dog, I have 2 bunnies)
My elderly mum had trouble with a delivery(went to the wrong house) she went down to the shop, she said the young man and lady sorted it all out for her they were a credit to the shop she left a very happy satisfied customer thank you
Picked up my online order. Very nice friendly staff, had a load of tins and a staff member kindly carried them out to car. Lots of products in store and good value fo money. Store clean and tidy. Car park a bit tight and always busy as there are other businesses on site.
Good. Wide variety of stuff. Nice to see the rabbits and the small animals. Now also dogs being clipped and enjoying it to varying degrees. We have been recently for a litter tray and later for a cat flap. In both cases not everything was in stock which loses a star for them
Great shop for all your pet needs. Also has a vet on site and a groom room. Stocks food, toys and treats as well as leads, beds, cages and more. Also sells small mammals (rabbits, hamsters etc) as well as tropical and fresh water fish.
Always good selection of products and always trying to help rehome animals especially after these past few years of people irresponsibly buying pets to keep them company during lockdowns . Pfftt...
