“We've just left Rosemary Lodge having had to take my dad's elderly dog in following her having had several seizures over the last 12 hours or so. From answering the phone to the end of our consultation, Kate - our vet, was superb. Thorough, sensitive, informative, empathetic towards us and absolutely no pressure or judgements on our decisions. From our perspective, whilst difficult as Tilly was euthanasised, our experience was positively handled. Thank you Kate.”
“Following an escalating series of unpredictable & unprovoked human & canine biting incidents, the last of which was really serious for the other dog, we took the gut wrenching decision to euthanise our lovely 2 year old rescue terrier Harry. We already loved Harry dearly & - I think - he us. He was, 95% of the time, an absolute bright delight, but his rage was coming out of the blue each time & his ferocity had escalated to a point that he was clearly trying to kill. We will never know what awful things he had been through to trigger this periodic aggression, but when the red mist descended, he was a danger to himself, us & any child or dog he met. Robin the vet was amazing, carefully taking us through all our (limited) options on the phone at home after the latest incident. Once our decision was made, he advised on meds at home so we could bring Harry (who could not normally travel in a car or be put on a lead without becoming hysterical) in without any further distress. We were both in bits when we arrived & the receptionists were incredibly kind. Robin showed such compassion & respect for Harry & for us & Harry was never distressed at any point during the final process. If anyone finds themselves needing advice & support in a similar situation I could not recommend this practice, & Robin in particular, more highly. RIP little Harry, our "Ginger Ninja"”

“I have been coming here for years. A very knowledgeable, attentive and experienced team. They always have time to chat and offer very thorough and considered advice. This chemist is in an iconic, historic building and they have preserved the history well, it’s fascinating inside. It carries a very comprehensive stock and with the high level of service I really can’t recommend this highly enough. My whole family has come for decades and it’s been faultless every time.”

“Always very polite and hard working. I see there have been bad reviews but I honestly think those are unfair. The pharmacist will make time for you for 1-1 discussion of medication. I'm grateful for the staff and location of this pharmacy.”
“Excellent. Very warm and welcoming staff, kept my little pup calm and happy through the whole visit. The supply of treats meant he didn't even notice his vaccinations. Great value for money puppy package. Happy customer, very happy Pup!”
“Can't recommend the Widcombe branch enough. Had a poorly cat who had been retching badly for over 24 hours. The care and attention is fantastic. From the kind manner of the receptionist to the honest straightforward advice from Clara the vet.”
“We’ve just moved out of the area so had to leave Batheaston vets :( They’ve been looking after our two cats for two years, and they’re the best vets I’ve ever had by a mile. Every member of staff we’ve ever met has been utterly charming, helpful, above and beyond. We’re moving a long way and they were unbelievably helpful every step of the way. Thank you everyone at Batheaston vets!! Absolutely brilliant”
“Kind, caring vets/nurses that do all they can to help your animal. Transparent with pricing and do what they can to keep costs at a minimum for you. Healthy Pet Club has 100% been worth it too. Highly recommend!”
“Always very friendly and happy to help. I have a reactive dog and they were very accommodating, even allowing us to enter through the back to avoid a busy reception area.”
“Came back just to say thank you to Angela at Dior, who helped us last week — she was truly wonderful. So attentive, patient, and made us feel really looked after. The whole experience felt effortless and special. Really grateful for the care — it deserved to be acknowledged.”

“Quality products, quick delivery and the fit is great.”
“I am just finishing the fourth course of the Behaviour Bundle. All four corses have been amazing - Clare Wilson is incredibly knowledgable, her notes and webinars are supported by real cases to work through and loads of extra resources. I really feel that I have learned an enormous amount which will improve the way I handle behaviour problems in the future. I have regularly used vetcpd courses for my CPD. There is such a wide variety to choose from and I have always found them to have high quality content and helpful tutors. I can also work at my own pace when convenient for me. I would recommend them to anyone.”
