The staff here was always been super helpful to us. They are usually very busy but take the time to help with any problems or prescriptions.
My prescription was incomplete. I was not told this so discovered it when I got home. I was referred back to the GP. Gp referred me back to pharmacy. Pharmacy said they had not received the prescription. When they looked further they said they had sent it back to the data base because the brand was unavailable and patient could then choose a different pharmacy . However how was I to choose if they had not let me know! It took more faff to eventually get my prescription. This was not the first time they had messed up - the other time they told me that the GP had to re prescribe - which was wrong. I have now moved my pharmacy. No apology!!!!!
My experience has been excellent. Good range of products. Advice also has been helpful - especially on one occasion when I asked what to apply to a small hot red area on my elbow. Pharmacist told me to go immediately to GP surgery and called ahead to ensure I would be seen; 10 minutes later I was put on antibiotics and told I had probably avoided being seriously ill thanks to prompt action of the pharmacist (Pip).
I’ve only ever collected prescriptions from here but the staff are always kind, friendly and attentive
I totally love this place. They have always been kind to me and I’m usually causing chaos with my three children. Lovely pharmacist and staff - would be lost without them.
Second day of phoning diffrent times ring a few times then engaged tone
Not very helpful compared to Boots in Westgate Street. Don't offer to order in medication which is not in stock.
