   Honest and polite pharmacy, with very sweet pharmacists manning the counter. They will tell you how effective certain medications are to your symptoms so you don't waste money buying useless things. Highly recommended pharmacy, this is Bath's gold standard for pharmacies!!! I will come here again in the future for my medicines

   Won’t let me by an inhaler for my child when he has lost his. What am I supposed to do? To Widcombe Pharmacy: Thanks for the clarification. I feel the system needs to be reviewed For emergencies like a child losing his inhalers. I know my child’s asthma acts up randomly and we do need him to have his inhaler with him at all times. Having to wait for a few hours to collect an inhaler means the whole family is being compromised on what we can safely do, not to mention the inherent stress the parents have about how vulnerable their child feels without it. I don’t understand why we cannot buy it pronto since it’s clear it’s a prescription our son has. And offering to buy it means we take accountability for him losing it.

   Ginny (I hope I spelt her name correctly) has provided outstanding service for me and my father. Her memory is so good, I actually asked her if she had the condition hyperthymesia. Not only does she have our names memorised so we can easily get our prescriptions, but she also memorises prescriptions we forgot we've ordered. She's quick, efficient and very lovely. I thank her for years of great service!

   I was made to feel incredibly uncomfortable by a member of staff - loudly said the nature of my prescription, rude and would later go on to talk about me to her colleague as if I wasn’t sitting just feet away and could hear everything. Worse still, there seems to be nobody to complain to as the person I have my grievance with was apparently the most experienced member of staff available and refused to give me any details for someone I could seek resolution from, instead telling me to go back the next day! First time using this pharmacy and I will never again be returning. Please learn from this! If a customer is presenting in a high state of distress, as I was, please treat them with care and in a private room.
