We were able to get a next day appointment after our chihuahuas front tooth fell out and we worried about infection and pain. The vet was fantastic, our lil man is very reactive and scared of the vets but the vet was calm and understanding. We were also prescribed some calming medication to give him a few hours before. We didn’t feel rushed and were able to ask all relevant questions - we also had an open discussion around future dental work that we may need to consider. Highly recommend.

The vets at rosemary lodge are superb. Kind, patient, understanding and importantly, thorough in both their investigative work and solutions. I moved from a well loved vet in Bath and I’m so glad I did. I completely trust the vets. Molly goes the extra mile and is exceptionally professional yet tender in her capacity as a vet

We've just left Rosemary Lodge having had to take my dad's elderly dog in following her having had several seizures over the last 12 hours or so. From answering the phone to the end of our consultation, Kate - our vet, was superb. Thorough, sensitive, informative, empathetic towards us and absolutely no pressure or judgements on our decisions. From our perspective, whilst difficult as Tilly was euthanasised, our experience was positively handled. Thank you Kate.

-10 STARS CAN'T GO ANY LOWER THAN 1 Absolutely worst vets in the world take advantage of emotional people and take hundreds of pounds off them to not even get anything youv payed for right they gave me casket options that they don't even have and the staff was rude and would not listen this is a place that does and I mean does not respect you or your loved pet they just want your money one of the worst experiences of my life and these vets made that experience even WORSE PET LOVERS STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I will be tell everyone I know about my bad experience with this business

I wanted to say a big thank you to all the lovely vet team and receptionists at Station Rd vets and Rosemary Lodge. I rushed over my kitten today, without an appointment, after he'd eaten some flowers and was unwell. Everyone was very helpful and kind, he was seen promptly and referred up for blood tests at the out-of-hours hospital Rosemary Lodge. They also saw him quickly and were able to do the blood tests and give us some medication. The whole experience was made much less stressful by the really lovely vets, nurses and receptionists at both sites. They were so reassuring and kept me up to date with what was going on. Thank you very much!

Sadly we said goodbye to our beautiful dog Nuvo a week ago. We cannot thank Rosemary lodge enough for the support they have given through this awful time. We were taken to a room away from the waiting area to wait for the vet where they offered us a drink. The vet Cathy was amazing, she fully understood the pain we were going through. She made what was an absolutely awful time slightly more at bearable. Cathy was talking to Nuvo the whole way through and made sure we understood everything and if we were ok. They have taken paw and nose prints for us which was a lovely touch and something we will cherish forever. We also received a beautiful card today offering their condolences with “forget me not” seeds to plant. These personal touches go such a long way when you are hurting so thank you so much Rosemary Lodge and to Cathy. Steve and Jenny Drew

I have good experience and care from the Station Rd practice and before that Beaufort East over the last 15 or so years. Imagine my horror when the prices literally more than doubled for prescriptions in less than a year and consultations fees massively increased as well. I now understand that the whole group has been taken over by some Chinese company and lo and behold the prices more than doubled. I am going elsewhere from now on. Extremely disappointed.
