A lovely cattery in everyway possible. Comfortable cosy accommodation and a very caring family looking after the cats. Our 16 year old settled very quickly and ate well. She looked good when she returned to us. We would highly recommend this cattery.
Beautiful place, big pens and presented so well. My awkward long haired Persian, Sushi, stayed here for 5 nights and clearly enjoyed it: she didn't want to come home! I can highly recommend this catterty. Its so good, I might book myself in next time! Thank you Pete and Charlotte for such great service.
I highly recommend Purrfect Stay. The facility is clean and very well maintained. Charlotte, Pete & Emily are caring, professional and responsive and they did a brilliant job looking after my cat.
Incredibly disappointed with this cattery. I booked and paid a deposit in the Spring for an August holiday, subsequently checking with the owners who confirmed we were booked in and that they’d received our deposit. Imagine our shock when we turned up the day before we were due to fly, with our cat, to be asked whether they were expecting us! They had clearly lost our booking, saying that it had been a very busy and chaotic summer. The owners said that we could wait whilst they sorted something out, but there was clearly not a free pen and I was concerned about how they would achieve this. Thankfully we were able to make alternative arrangements and they returned our deposit. Perhaps this was a one-off mistake and a blip in an otherwise seamless system, but this was a bad experience for us. Not recommended.
Cannot recommend highly enough. Immaculate accommodation and lovely people make leaving your cats in their care worry free. Can go away feeling confident that your cats are genuinely cared for. Thank you to Pete, Charlotte and Emily.
Our cat Bella has stayed 3 times now at this cattery. Very friendly owners who are helpful and reassuring. Bella always seems happy to be there when leaving her and on collection is very content. Would definitely recommend.
Highly recommend. One of the best catteries we have ever used. Spotless pen, relaxed cat who clearly felt comfortable really fast with his environment and the friendly and efficient team of Diana and Erica. Accommodating with our requests for our cat's 'special needs', and the best test of all: a happy and relaxed cat at the end of a fortnight stay, his longest ever - and he is an indoor cat who becomes easily nervous around other cats and unfamiliar territory. Due to unforeseen circumstances we needed to find somewhere for our cat Puss to stay temporarily. Despite the short notice Erica and her mother Diana were very accommodating and welcomed Puss with lots of cuddles and comfort. His dietary requirements were matched and his lack of litter tray usage was dealt with patience whilst they encouraged him to use it with different techniques. The pens were clean and full of toys to keep our boy occupied and thanks to updates we knew he settled quickly to his new surroundings which were warm and quiet. I will certainly be using this cattery again, big thanks from us and Puss.
Our elder cats had never been in a cattery until 12 months ago when we returned to the UK. We were lucky enough to choose Purrfect Stay the first time we needed one. Over the past year we have used Purrfect Stay several times for long and short periods. We are really pleased the way Erica has cared for our cats, even being happy to deal with their allergies. The place is always spotless and comfortable. Our only problem now is booking enough in advance so Erica has space for them!
