“Great service received from a very friendly team. Great advice on things to watch out for with the dog.”
“The George have been amazing with our dog Badger, a slightly complex older gentleman! The whole team are great but special mention to vet Ella who has been so patient and kind with all of us. We cannot recommend them highly enough.”
“Absolutely amazing vets. They offer such a good service and go above and beyond. They were fantastic when my Jack Russell had an op.”
“Wonderful vets, I actually enjoy going! Grace is so patient with my nervous, reactive rescue and is very happy to sedate him for his own well-being and to reduce his stress (and mine!). She doesn’t just care for the dog physically, but mentally too and is very experienced with behavioural issues. Very reasonably priced X-rays and medication. So glad I found this lovely vet.”
“Friendly, helpful and professional, three dogs of ours come here and our anxious dog is well catered for by caring staff.”
“We love this vet and it’s so convenient to our house. Our dog is probably one of the small minority who love the vet- as soon as we turn onto Gloucester, he’s pulling my arm out of its socket to get to the vet, so if that doesn’t tell you they’re good, I don’t know what will…”
“Such an amazing vet, would deffinatly recommend. Used to be with a different vet but bath vets are so much better. So caring and understanding. They took such good care of my dog and everybody i have spoken to has been happy and friendly. Not a bad thing to say about them.”
“Attended a Mastering Medicine course and it was a masterclass in delivering the information I needed to care for our animals responsibly. I appreciate and value the service all the vets, receptionists and the entire team provides across the community. They are exceptional at what they do.”
“Great little veterinary practice in Tetbury with a bigger location in Malmesbury. We were traveling with our cat back to the States and recieved fantastic aid from Emma.”
“Took my rescue dog, Skipper, to get him flea treatment & to get the microchip details so I change it to my details. I have used SPA Veterinary hospital for as long as I can remember(40+years), never had any problems & the staff seem genuinely happy to help with any issues my fur-companions have. Probably the only Veterinary hospital I trust to help me take care of my fur-companions!”
“Been with Archway for many years, brilliant vets, and absolutely made up Stella is back. Also top notch service from Mandy on reception. Thanks for all your help and care over the years guys x”
“The practice have been excellent since I rescued my terrier who turned out to be extremely nervous at vets and in general they have confidence buidling sessions which is brilliant as well as being very supportive.”
“My dog went here to see the orthopaedic department and they were all very lovely and informative. Would definitely recommend. Very reasonable prices for a referral hospital.”
“I always find the vet very good when my cat Charlie has his annual check up and vaccination. Charlie doesn't like going to the vet but he behaves well whilst being checked over.”
“We were referred to Rowe's eye clinic by our vet as Maya has dry eye. When I got her, her vision was awful, she would fall into puddles or off steps. I never dreamed that we'd see the day she would chase a ball. Her quality of life has been improved so much already. The staff are really helpful and prescriptions are posted out really quickly too.”
“Great experience. My dog Pepper went in for eye surgery today, the service and care from what I understand was quite a routine operation was brilliant. They obviously care about the Pet more than anything else and understand that what ever op it’s horrible for the owner. Made us feel that our pet was genuinely in the best care she could be in. 10/10 would highly recommend this clinic. The WhatsApp updates were very much appreciated”
“Transferring to this veterinary surgery was the best thing for my dog and myself. Nothing is too much trouble - Bramble has been treated with empathy and compassion and I have every confidence in their treatment and recommendation. This is what everyone needs for a precious pet. Thank you.”
“They have taken superb care of Fitz our 21 year old .The staff are so caring and love what they do.I really feel this old chap is in good hands”
“Took my cat here for the first time- was extremely impressed with the service and how friendly/ warm all staff were. I would have no issue leaving my pets in their care again. Thank you :)”
“These guys always go above and beyond with their care and advice for my puppy. They're not the cheapest vets around, but you get what you pay for and I wouldn't use anyone else. My staffy loves going there every time.”
“Always excellent service. All the vets we’ve seen have been thorough and kind with my cats who do not like going to the vets. I have three cats and two guinea pigs The pet health club offers a great service but some other vets charge less for the same thing and offer multi pet discounts. I pay more for the pet club each month than I do for my pet insurance. It’s probably still worth it to make sure your animals are up to date with all the treatments.”
“My dog visited Avon Lodge for the first time today and I am over the moon with the service and care Bec and Jo provided. My dog is a large, nervous rescue, which makes me a nervous owner when in new environments! Firstly, Jo was very friendly and communicative over the phone and made sure the vet was aware of my dog’s triggers and needs. Then on arrival, both Jo and Bec were very warm, friendly and respectful of my dog’s boundaries. As a result, my dog warmed up to Bec faster than I have ever seen with a stranger and was so comfortable and confident in his new surroundings. The service was top-notch and I will be a lot less nervous next time my dog needs to go in. Thank you so much!”
“My tortoise sadly passed away coming out of hybernation and although they are not her vet they accepted me rushing in with her intears and tested for any sign of life. They were extremely compassionate and caring they warapped her in a towel and refused to charge me for their time and a few days later sent us a card with seeds to scatter and a lovely message. I am extremely grateful to you all and would highly recommend this practice to everyone with a animal they adore.”
“Such kind and caring staff, especially Luke and Leslie who always take such good care and are so gentle with my pets. They are also so helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. I always know my pets are in good hands at Bath Veterinary Centre. Bath Veterinary Centre provides an animal centred, good value and honest service. I really can't recommend them enough and wouldn't take my pets anywhere else. Thank you all for your hard work!”
“I can’t thank Dr. Kate and nurse Katie enough for the incredible care they gave my cat, Pop Chip. Also I want to thank the lovely Raven, a care assistant, who was working reception that day - she took the time to explain how it would all work, even though she was juggling lots of tasks! They performed a very thorough dental procedure on Pops, and I’m in awe of the quality of their work — his stitches are so neat and tidy, especially considering how small and delicate the area is. It’s a work of artistry and precision! Pop Chip is not the easiest patient - he’s extremely anxious and fearful of people after being rescued from an abusive home by the RSPCA last year. We only adopted him not long ago too. Despite this, Dr. Kate and nurse Katie handled him with such patience and kindness. They even managed to take blood from his tiny veins and wrangle him back into his carrier, which is no small feat! He’s recovering well from his tooth extractions, and I felt completely supported thanks to the detailed post-op care instructions they provided. I honestly couldn’t have wished for better dental work or more compassionate care. Thank you so much for looking after my little guy so well!”
“Wow. I took my very sick cat here. I got the most exceptional help from the vet Lucie. She was so kind and helpful, and sympathetic to the difficult situation I faced with a sick pet. I cannot imagine someone more helpful! That is not to say that the cat is better (it's not) but at least I feel that I have had very good advice. I would strongly recommend Lucie to anyone facing this kind of challenge.”
“Have been taking Bella to Garden Vets for 9 years, we have always received a warm and friendly welcome from all staff and Vets as well as good care and advice. Would highly recommend!”
“Been coming to Bowbridge for the last four years. Have always had excellent veterinary care for my dog. Never too much trouble and always put the welfare of the patient first. Very reasonably priced. Hugo knows he always gets a treat/fuss from the receptionist, hence he loves going there!”
“We had an absolutely lovely vet look at our Frank very friendly and fantastic with Frank ........Archways absolutely 5 star !!!!!!!”
