“I love how going to the vets is a hundred times nicer than going to the GP. The receptionists are lovely instead of coming across like they’re on the verge of fighting you. Thanks for pulling my cat’s tooth, he was so miserable with the toothache.”

“I’m always impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff. The reception is always welcoming even when it’s busy. The vets take the time to explain their assessment and next steps. They also explain what the next option might be if things don’t improve as hoped. I always leave feeling the benefit of expert help and professional support.”

“We had been struggling to find a solution to our dog's ongoing skin condition for over 2 years, which was significantly impacting his quality of life. We had been seeing a conventional vet trying to control it using conventional veterinary medicine, consisting of a cocktail of drugs, which seemed to be masking the symptoms rather than dealing with the problem, as well as affecting his mood and making him seem depressed. We knew about Nick the Holistic Vet from Facebnok and we were keen to try a more 'Holistic' approach, so asked to be referred by our vets. Thankfully, after our initial consultation Nick was keen to work with us as he was confident that he could help us improve our dog's quality of life. From the outset we felt that Nick was very receptive to our comments observations, and concerns and genuinely listened to us. Nick always took the time to explain things to us and was very thorough in his approach, exploring multiple avenues to ensure that we ruled out certain clinical conditions. Throughout the treatment we always felt that Nick worked with us as part of a team, so felt wholly part of the process. With Nick's guidance we put in a number of changes to our dog's diet and took care to control his internal and external environment with regards to exposure to allergens, and added in specific protocols recommended by Nick, including homeopathic remedies. We now have a nine year old dog that is happy and energetic, full of zest for life, and often people think he is much younger than his years. We continue to receive advice and support from Nick and will continue to do so in the future. We have no hesitation in recommending Nick if you are looking for a Holistic approach.”

“The cat clinic is brilliant! Our two kittens are so well cared for by all the staff, who are highly skilled, knowledgeable and totally dedicated to cats. It’s a very calm and welcoming atmosphere, which is great for our kittens, and the facilities are impressive. Surgery, dental, MRI and ultrasound all in one place. We’re lucky to have this cats-only clinic and recommend it to anyone who has a cat. Thanks to all at the cat clinic!”

“I cannot recommend Animal House enough. Ffion Spilsbury has been nothing short of amazing in helping diagnose symptoms with our cat. Always follows up with calls and next steps, easy to communicate via email and you are never waiting long for a response. We have been to 3 or 4 veterinarians over the past couple of years and she by far has been the most knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend anyone with a cat to bring them here.”

“I had booked my two cats in for a week whilst we were away. At the last minute I was let down by the people who were supposed to be looking after them for the second week. Laxey were so kind in managing to find space for them meaning they could stay for the fortnight. Can't fault the care and attention given. Absolutely first class.”

“I am in an unfortunate position where I am losing my home and I was really worried about my two beautiful girls but the staff are being so kind and understanding about how upset I am about not being able to have them and that they would not get the same care and attention they were used to. On arrival the girls and I were greeted by Pat who was not atall fazed by my huge bag of things I had for them and didn't bat an eye brow about how I wanted them to still feel they were part of a family. We were taken to a lovely kennel that was clean and warm and Pat settled them in and I could see immediately she was both a cat lover and understood how to handle them. In the days have been staying they've let me know how they are doing and that they have settled in well and the staff spend time with them and they are seeing their personalities . I am very happy to trust City central cattery with the care of my deeply cherished feline family.”

“We used Deverills cattery for the first time last night and the owner Heather goes above and beyond to make owners feel at ease leaving their fur-babies. Our cat was only a kitten and there was some issues that arose, but Heather sorted everything for us, reassured us and made it clear our pets welfare was the top priority. We wouldn't send our cat anywhere else. Absolutely lovely cattery.”

“I was very impressed with Pet Drugs Online. Within days of getting my prescription from the vets, both the flea treatment and worming treatment had arrived in perfect condition. A very competitive price and I was kept updated along the way. Emma P in the prescription team helped me with a query quickly. I will be using this company from now on.”

“Molly spent 3 days at Hydegate. It was her 1st time ever in kennels but also coincided with losing her life long companion Buster so I was a little apprehensive for her. I needed not have worried, Molly was treated so well & with such understanding of her situation. I cannot praise the staff at Hydegate too highly. They are wonderful.”

“It's the best vet ever ! Dr. Michael, it's fully focused on animals ! Help my family when my dog was a faulty diagnostic with cancer, and we have been sent for special care hospital. We take a second opinion, and in less than 5 minutes, we have been telling its wrong diagnostic, and my dog has only stones in her bladder. In the next 3 days, we have a spot for operation. Dr. takes care of our dog as best as he and his practice can ! My family always recommended this vet for our friends!”

“Our 22 year old cat has a small lump on her bottom eye lid. She hates going in the car and gets very agitated and stressed. I took a picture of her eye and the vet on duty gave free advice that it was nothing to worry about. Our cat has been with this practice all her long life and we have always found them to be first class.”

“My dog Cookie had spay surgery in Vets4Pets Clevedon and I am absolutely amazed with the level of care. We have received exceptional service from Iwona (the vet) and Amy (the nurse), who were very professional and informative, and everyone else that we have spoken to was very friendly and professional too. The cut was small, well dressed, no complications afterwards, wound healed very quickly. The cost was also reasonable, for £300 we had consultation before the surgery, surgery with dog being almost the whole day looked after in the clinic, post surgery check up, pain medication and collar to take home, as well as a can of recovery food. They have also rang the next day to ask how was Cookie. Very happy customer.”

“I honestly cannot fault anyone in the team. Reception have always been friendly and very helpful (and funny!) The nurses we have met have been so caring and the vets we have had consultations with have mostly been brilliant. More than once we have unfortunately needed emergency appointments and we have been seen to quickly. We take our puppy here (who had a very rough start in life and Chloe the vet managed to get her referred to Langford) and we also have had to take our 5 rats here on more occasionsthan I'dlike to admit to! In our most recent visit, Kate (who has always been brilliant), went the extra mile and allowed us to request a specific medication on top of their treatment and has ordered it in for us. We are so grateful for everything they have done and I can genuinely say from our experience, we have never once felt like we have been overcharged for the care/treatment we have been given. Thank you, team...❤️❤️❤️”

“For the last few months our dog has been under the care of Brian, the ophthalmologist, due to needing double cataract surgery. From initial enquiry through surgeries, after-care and gradual sign off, we have felt that she was in excellent hands. All reception, referral and accounts staff have been extremely helpful and friendly and most importantly, thanks to Brian and the nursing team, our dog can see again. Thanks to all of you and I have no hesitation in recommending Vale.”

“We were on our way to the ferry to Spain when we looked at the pet passport and realised it was the wrong one! As we live on the Isle of Skye it was a long way home to find the other one! Marlow vets were amazing. They told us what info they needed from our Spanish vet, and were very patient and kind. £200 later we had an animal health certificate l. Yes we had to re-book for a later ferry, but we did not need to drive all the way back to Skye. Worth every penny and 11/10 for being so helpful and accommodating. I would totally recommend.”

“With 2 dogs, 2 cats & 2 guinea pigs you can imagine I’m here quite often! Every time I come in I’m greeted with such kindness and warmth, and each vet and vet nurse I’ve met have been super knowledgeable, understanding and kind. They allow for all questions, always quote ahead of any work or meds that are needed and give multiple options for course of action. I’ve also been to the Redland branch and they’re equally as kind there too. Thank you everyone at Stoke Bishop branch for always being so great with all my animals and with me :)”

“Highly recommend. One of the best catteries we have ever used. Spotless pen, relaxed cat who clearly felt comfortable really fast with his environment and the friendly and efficient team of Diana and Erica. Accommodating with our requests for our cat's 'special needs', and the best test of all: a happy and relaxed cat at the end of a fortnight stay, his longest ever - and he is an indoor cat who becomes easily nervous around other cats and unfamiliar territory. A big thank you!”

“Following an escalating series of unpredictable & unprovoked human & canine biting incidents, the last of which was really serious for the other dog, we took the gut wrenching decision to euthanise our lovely 2 year old rescue terrier Harry. We already loved Harry dearly & - I think - he us. He was, 95% of the time, an absolute bright delight, but his rage was coming out of the blue each time & his ferocity had escalated to a point that he was clearly trying to kill. We will never know what awful things he had been through to trigger this periodic aggression, but when the red mist descended, he was a danger to himself, us & any child or dog he met. Robin the vet was amazing, carefully taking us through all our (limited) options on the phone at home after the latest incident. Once our decision was made, he advised on meds at home so we could bring Harry (who could not normally travel in a car or be put on a lead without becoming hysterical) in without any further distress. We were both in bits when we arrived & the receptionists were incredibly kind. Robin showed such compassion & respect for Harry & for us & Harry was never distressed at any point during the final process. If anyone finds themselves needing advice & support in a similar situation I could not recommend this practice, & Robin in particular, more highly. RIP little Harry, our "Ginger Ninja"”

“Amazing pet hospital with extremely caring staff. On my last visit here it wasn't a happy encounter and it ended in the passing of my partners pet. But the way the staff handled our case and even bent the rules to allow us to come into the hospital and say our final good byes. They are also very time efficient and seem to have quite a big capacity. Much recommend!”
