“I have had a couple of good experiences with this vet but the last visit was outstanding. Our dog was attacked by another dog and although his injuries were minimal the staff were really sympathetic and understanding. They were honest with us that he probably didn’t need to see a vet but in a very kind understanding way that didn’t make us feel like we were over reacting. They also gave us some good advise on managing our dogs interactions going forward after the attack”
“Always very friendly and happy to help. I have a reactive dog and they were very accommodating, even allowing us to enter through the back to avoid a busy reception area.”
“I always receive a great service for my dogs. The staff are welcoming and the practitioners are very knowledgeable and take great care of my dogs during their visits. I am particularly happy about my recent visit which involved an operation as my dog is recovering well and she was handled with such great care and attention after being hit by a car.”
“Honestly I cannot speak highly enough of Ailsa. We had to have our very very loved Labrador put to sleep, an utterly heartbreaking experience that with Ailsa’s gentle and sensitive approach turned something terrible into something beautiful and dignified. We will be eternally grateful to her.”
“We have been using the practice for over 10 years. They are friendly very approachable. It good to see the students coming through and putting their practice to the test. They also do puppy socialising and training.”
“Excellent thankyou equine vet's”
“It is just a bus stop - the timetable up on the poster is OUT OF DATE - there service is hourly so check before travelling - it is literally a stop no real time information no shelter but used mainly by students but members of the PUBLIC can use the only bus service that goes there the U2 - serves the purpose of getting people to and from Langford”

“Cannot praise this practice highly enough. They were absolutely amazing when we had to say goodbye to our beloved dog two years ago. Very compassionate and caring which made an awful experience easier to cope with. Now we have a new bundle of fur and the care and support they offer is fantastic. Every member of staff treats you as if you were the only patient and they are all so welcoming. My dog is treated like a VIP as whichever member of staff he meets, makes a big fuss of him. Best veterinary practice for miles!!”
“Marlows are by far the most professional, caring, knowledgeable and competent Vets surgery in Undy, Chepstow, Caldicot area. Well staffed, well managed, well equipped. Excellent core competences in small and large animal surgery and anaesthetics. Administration provide seamless pet insurance claim support and take care of all matters. Best advice for animal welfare and a personal service as they quickly get to know their animal clientelle. Marlows saved my dog's life when he had acute gastroenteritis, they saw him as an emergency and arranged speedy intervention with hospital care. When he came home they called every day to follow up on him and provide advice. We came across Marlows by pure fortune. Our beloved, 20 year old cat was rejected by another vet as being too old for surgery to remove a tumour from her neck. They claimed that she would not survive. My daughter found Marlows so we took our precious friend to see them and they were true to their word, they were experts in anaesthetics and surgery, the cat recovered and went back to being a first class rodent exterminator in our neighbourhood. She led a rich and fulfilled life for another three years, precious years.”
“I visited yesterday for part two of my little 10 week old Cavapoos vaccinations. As soon as I walked through the door I felt welcomed. As it was a little quiet Scout was able to meet the resident doggies and also 3 5 week old kittens , an amazing socialisation experience to take his mind off of the vaccinations. I cannot thank you both enough. Thank you Axe Valley Woolavington!!”

“5 STAR Pet Lodging for my fur boy Jasper John. Very friendly staff, clean, quiet, lovely facility. Fairly priced...and a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend. (When I was away, I sent them a text to see how my baby was doing. They quickly replied and gave me the reassurance I needed that he was happy, being well looked after, and spoiled!! When I came to collect him, they gave me a little note reporting his behavior during his stay...It was really sweet!) They love cats as much as we do! Thank you Midsomer Pet Lodge :)))”

“I can’t say enough good things about Anastasia at the Animal Rehab Clinic. After Fido was diagnosed with hip dysplasia, we had sessions at another centre but the travelling there and back mounted up so looked for a specialist closer to home. I reached out to ARC for Fido’s physiotherapy and hydrotherapy sessions using the underwater treadmill. From the very first session, Anastasia was amazing. She took the time to explain everything and made sure Fido was comfortable throughout the process. The underwater treadmill was a game-changer! It really helped Fido build strength without putting too much pressure on his joints. We also had a plan created to do at home inbetween appointments which Fido was getting better at every week. I loved how Anastasia tailored each session to Fido’s needs, and I could see him improving each time. Not only did he get stronger, but he also seemed to enjoy the sessions, which made it easier for me to keep him motivated. Sadly, Fido passed away unexpectedly, but I’m so grateful for the care and support Anastasia provided during our time together. If you’re looking for a fantastic physiotherapist for your furry friend, I highly recommend the Animal Rehab Clinic.”
