A fantastic service. prompt answering at call centre and referral to the clinic, very friendly and professional staff. The vet was very attentive and thorough but didnβt push for anything that didnβt need doing.

Extremely unhappy with the vet I saw Sunday evening. I have made a formal complaint. 35 days to respond! Diagnosed my dog with a bleed on the brain or brain tumor after barely checking vitals. Suggested to put her to sleep. Now itβs Wednesday & she is okay on medication for an ear infection! Β£400 for the appointment! Would not recommend the out of hours service! Thursday update. Just got back from another check up with the vets. Confirmed itβs an ear infection & has been given the correct treatment. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS TO VETS NOW! The photo attached is my dog today alive & well which is lucky considering the terrible advice given by this company! PLEASE AVOID & GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

I have had a couple of good experiences with this vet but the last visit was outstanding. Our dog was attacked by another dog and although his injuries were minimal the staff were really sympathetic and understanding. They were honest with us that he probably didnβt need to see a vet but in a very kind understanding way that didnβt make us feel like we were over reacting. They also gave us some good advise on managing our dogs interactions going forward after the attack

The care given to my Mac was outstanding!! The care , the team, the information, the communication was absolutely secured to none!!! Mac had surgery and had to stay the night to ensure his safety...he is recovering well and being spoilt as always... Special thanks to all x

They saved my 9 week old puppyβs life, and I am forever grateful. The full team worked quickly and made the process so easy to work in such a traumatic situation. Thanks again. As you can see, we have a much healthier Bonnie home with us now.

Came in after our dog had ingested daffodils and became unwell. Luckily she had vomited the bad stuff out and was showing no further symptoms when we arrived. We were able to sit, chat and the receptionist played with the dog. After about 20 minutes it was clear our dog was fine. We apologised and the receptionist assured us it was fine, made us feel very welcome and gave us peace of mind. The receptionist let us know the opening hours, the service they provide, she explained the charges, and how we would claim on our insurance. All in all, a very positive experience and I feel very confident in the service if ever I have to use them again.

My little dog strained something during a walk on bank holiday, and was in a lot of pain. Called vets now and was given an appointment straight away. From arrival we received very caring personal attention from the staff and the vet. They pinpointed the problem very quickly and provided pain relief and advice. Extremely happy with the service we received from vets now .

We had a very poor experience on Boxing Day when we brought our 16 year old dog, Sasha to Vets Now in Zetland Road, Bristol. We normally take her to Nature's Vet in Radstock and thought our emergency Vet was Rosemary Lodge in Bath which is just 7 miles away. However, when we rang Natures Vet on Boxing Day, after Sasha's back legs had given way, we were told we had to drive into Bristol to Vets Now. We had no idea where the surgery was and without our Sat Nav we would not have found it. When we arrived Sasha was taken by staff on a stretcher to the back of the surgery, put in a kennel alone,we were not allowed to go through with her. We waited and waited to speak to a Vet and assumed Sasha was being seen by a Vet, however, this didn't happen for over 2 hours and she just left in a kennel out the back on her own. When we were finally called in after over two hours by a Vet she offered no clear explanation as to why Sasha's legs had given way. We decided as there was no definite treatment prescribed by the Vet to take her home so she could rest and hopefully recover enough for us to take her to our own Vet after the bank holidays. We were charged Β£289 for this consultation and left very upset and disappointed at the two hour wait and the service we received. Sadly, when we got home and settled Sasha down on her bed, she collapsed again and passed away. The stress of taking her to Bristol and the wait she had before being examined was totally unacceptable. Sasha was 16 years old and had a happy and healthy life until that day. I think it was totally unreasonable and cruel for her to have had to wait for over two hours to be seen by a Vet and I am particularly upset for us not to have been allowed to be near her when she had to wait for over two hours for a Vet to see her. She was in unfamiliar surroundings, in a kennel on her own, without us being beside her. This is something I will never forget. She was such a special dog, who gave so much love to everyone over her 16 years. She deserved more then this in her last hours.

If I could give a negative review, I would. I am now into my 8th week of waiting for a response to confirm my suspicion that my rabbit, who was already in a state of extreme distress and extreme pain when we got there, was given any treatment at all, even just pain relief, during her long wait alone and afraid and separated from her owner, after she was roughly grabbed from me, swinging the carrier so she slid about in it, and taken out back, only to be returned to me after an hour, when we were left AGAIN while the vet went to speak to another customer. She was left so long we didn't even have time to fill in a consent form for her to be put to sleep because by the time the vet finally returned when I called out for her because was SCREAMING IN PAIN, gasping for breath and writhing in her carrier. Furthermore, don't believe their propaganda about the cost of running an out of hours service. I don't doubt it's more expensive, but the price they quoted me for cremation was off the scale, almost three times my regular vet's fee, and cremations don't take place out of hours. They don't care about animals. They don't care about animals' owners. The only thing they care about is the money. AVOID AT ALL COST. Response to your response: Your response says it all. I already have been in touch --- two months ago!! And there has been NO response. Just stonewalling. I guess you don't actually read customer feedback before you copy and paste your insincere platitudes.

We had to bring our cat in on a Sunday as he's diabetic and had gone hypo. We could see they were pretty busy so we were there over an hour but the vet asked loads of questions and took notes. They tested his blood and gave us our options with advice. The staff were polite and helpful.
