The welcome was so warm and our little was happy in the reception and the vet so detailed and gentle with her examination. She’s on the road to recovery now a big thank you to the whole team. “Absolutely lovely, caring, accommodating, cat-friendly staff that really care about their fuzzy patients. I brought one of my cats to this branch for the first time this afternoon, and unfortunately she became incredibly stressed when we arrived and seemed to be having a panic attack. They immediately recognised that she was distressed, and whisked us into a quiet exam room and out of the waiting area. After her examination and diagnosis, the vet made sure we had as much time as we needed to sit in the room quietly by ourselves and calm (her) down before the journey home. The vet brought her a bowl of water in case she was thirsty, and turned up the air conditioner to help cool her off. Was really impressed by how much everyone cared about her and went above and beyond to make sure she was OK and as comfortable as possible. Five stars! I’d give them six if I could!”
