Best vet I have ever used! All the staff here are so warm and kind to both our cat and two very anxious first time cat parents! The Pet Health Club is amazing value for money and the emergency services they offer bring a lot of peace of mind. 10/10, nothing but praise for these folks!!

In July 2025 we visited Zetland Vets with our rabbit who was in GI Stasis. When we got there the experiance at the vets was good and we were assured our bun could be taken home and given care at home as we had caught the GI Stasis early, cisapride suspension was administered along with pain relief at the vets so they could demonstrate how to administer this when we were at home. This was an emergency visit as it was on a Saturday as Zetland is not listed as an exotic vet but said they provide care for rabbits. Within 10 mins of getting home Stewie our rabbit passed away. This was within 30 mins of the medication being administered from the vets. It was then we noticed that the medication that had been administered was labeled out of date by 2 months. I had raised a complaint and this was investigated and I was advised even though THREE different members of staff including a receptionist, Vet and Vet nurse should have checked this label / medication there was a clerical error on their side. They have said it was just mislabled and have apologised for the mistake. However they have no valid proof they did not administer the out of date medication as they have no record for the old medications disposal. I was offered a Β£65 gesture of goodwill as a result to sign away liability for my pets death. I cannot express enough how much loosing our pet has impacted our lives and the lack of care shown by both Zetland Vets director saying "sometimes rabbits just pass away" over the phone, or the cold emails from their parent company. I wouldn't trust this vets to administer appropriate care for your pet, specifically exotics. I was told on that day going to Zetland Vets was the only option as other vets were closed. Currently this is still ongoing with Zetland Vets parent company, however if you have a rabbit please go and seek out a rabbit savvy vet, or at least a vet who can administer the correct, in date medication.

These guys are so great. My 10 month old kitten had an accident and ended up needing surgery and Zetland have been amazing so far. I donβt have insurance and they made sure I had other cheaper options available. Theyβre also clearly very caring and understanding of your needs as an owner. I was in tears and a bit of a mess when I brought him in and I was instantly offered a private room while I waited to see how he was doing. 10/10 would recommend them.

Extremely disappointed at the lack of communication concerning a routine appointment for a repeat prescription that included a full clinical examination, without prior consultation, or providing confirmation of the additional cost upfront. Replacement medication was then prescribed at 2/3rds of the cost for an online purchase, again without prior notification, until the appointment had taken place. The practice is not transparent about its pricing structure until appointments have been completed and is taking advantage by making its clients feel obligated to pay at the point of departure. Furthermore, if you delay making a payment, an administration charge of Β£25.00 is applied and a late payment fee of 4%. Please be warned and extra vigilant about costings when booking your appointment at this practice.

The disappointing service once again, the nurse was to afraid to cut my kittens nails, this has not happened once but on several occasions now. When I asked to speak to a Vet on this occasion as the same nurse as refused to cut my cats nails, they further dismissed listening to me and asked me to hurry up and she was busy and rolled her eyes at me. As a paying customer I expect a better service and 100% more empathy towards my cat. We were made to feel unwelcome and honestly I do not want to return.

Very welcoming. Has separate areas of the waiting room for cats and dogs. All staff are welcoming and knowledgeable and thereβs not a long waiting time for appointments.

Very tidy, it is evident they maintain frequent cleaning by the strong ammonia smell. When I required emergent care for my dog, they booked an appointment that day without question, and even made time for her when we had to go before the appointment time. Great with emergent care and patient with the owners anxiety.

I wanted to express my thanks to Matt, Senior Vet at Filton, for his care of my elderly Dachshund, Barney. Matt has been treating him for a likely spinal infection for several weeks, and despite his age, 14 years, Matt has treated Barney with antibiotics and anti inflammatory medication. We discussed to what extent further invesigations were indicated. I am pleased that my wishes regarding Barney's treatment were taken into account, and my pet's best interests. Thank you. Ann Holmes.

This a retrospective review of the hospital services given to our beautiful and complicated dog Fangles. He was admitted a few times over his lifespan to Zetland Road, mostly due to siezure control as had complex idopathic epilepsy and had cluster siezures ( from age of 2 to 10.5 years). The response, treatment and professionalism and honesty was relayed everytime we attended with it him, by all members of the team. In his later years he developed heart failure & likely unknown abdominal cancer but maintained the best quality of life until a very quick decline, where he attended again as an emergency due to symptoms. This sensitivity of vet ( Charles I believe) nurses and reception staff were without fault as we said goodbye to him. I cannot fault the heartfelt service we have had here for our boy over the 8.5 years to support us in emergency situations with our complex needs boy. Thankyou.
