Such friendly staff and really helpful. The vet that saw my dog was really patient with him and explained what she was doing. Really recommend this vets practice.
We’ve been bringing our pup for pets club checks since we got him and we’ve always had a good service. Daniela the vet nurse was so friendly today and took time to answer my questions and was very knowledgeable. Reception are always friendly too!

I visited Silva House on Thursday 9th March, with Barney, my ginger and white tabby. I saw vet, Max! He is such a kind, calm, lovely person. Barney was having some gastric problems, after an examination, Max suggested that I change Barney’s diet. I was so relieved. I have taken Max’s suggestion, changed his food and already seeing an improvement in my lovely boy! Thank you Max and the two lovely receptionists/nurses whom I spoke with at the end of my visit. I’ve been a customer of Highcroft for nearly 30 years, such caring, kind professionals, wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else!
This is a great place. My dog Pipsie seems to enjoy visiting and their Pet Club is a good idea to stay on top of vaccinations etc. All the clinical team I have met I have been impressed by and a special mention goes to the reception team - always super helpful on the phone and lovely to chat to whilst we are waiting.
I had a really negative experience today with a receptionist at the practice. It's such a shame as we only visit the vets when our pets are poorly so to have someone be rude was really upsetting. The vet was fab and so was the nurse.
No compassion for pets This Saturday my very large German Shepard lost the use of his back end contacted and asked for a vet to attend as was in too much pain to be moved but told no to busy bring him in Explained too much pain to move and was told nothing we can do as vet is to busy Vets should ensure they can provide help 24/7 quick enough to take your money but no compassion for your pet Thank you to cloud 9 vets who sent a wonderful ver out to sadly let my big boy yogi gently go Highcroft you should be ashamed an animal is in pain and you cannot be bothered Unfortunately don’t have the option to give no stars
Care is great for pets , some good customer service needs improvement yet some staff are very kind and caring same anywhere these days. With holding of ashes are reason for 3 stars for the rest of vet fees in a emergency or new diagnosis during investigation is not right but its still the best vets locally at good fees too
