   We’ve been with Wells and Shepton Vets for a few years now, and I can’t speak highly enough of the care, professionalism, and compassion shown by the entire team. From routine check-ups to more urgent concerns, they’ve always gone above and beyond to support both us and our pets. The vets, Nurses, and staff are incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and clearly passionate about what they do. They take the time to explain everything in a reassuring way, which makes a real difference. Most importantly, Millie loves coming in to see everyone. Thank you for everything you do!

   If there would be 0 stars that's what I would give. They hurt my dog with nail clipping plus misleaded me with cost. Over the phone price was different. I had to argue with lady on reception that for job they did I shouldn't pay a penny. Dog is hurted, lots of blood and vet wasn't gentle at all. Looks like he just wanted earn easy money on quick , bad job. No apologies either. AVOID

   We used to go to this practice with our two kitties before our move to Yeovil. We were always treated with kindness and were seen in a prompt manner. We still occasionally stop by to pick up some gastrointestinal food for my Felix! Highly recommend Shepton Vets.

   Had an hour long appointment with a nurse yesterday who painstakingly and carefully de-matted my elderly cat, Bridget. I am sorry I didn’t take your name to add to this review, but you know who you are! It was great spending time with you discussing pets and all sorts. Plus Bridget is one happy cat now she is more comfortable. Once again, Shepton Vets ‘knock it outta the park!’ X
