   Irene, Sarah and the team offer outstanding care and service- to the point that we don't use our "day to day" vets, and drive over 100miles to see them when we know it's something serious. We have total faith in them to treat our dogs well and sensibly. Obviously, our dogs' health is of paramount importance to us, but whereas with other vets we feel that that has been taken advantage of and there is a tendency to hear hoofbeats and think zebras, rather than horses. With Irene and her team, the combination of pragmatism and care means you know that everything that needs to be done, is, but the things that don't need to be done, aren't.

   If I could vote zero stars that would suit better! I called their out of hours mobile number for a person to say my dog who wasn't behaving normally that she might be stiff and to call back the following morning. Within 20 minutes of that call my dog had a seizure which she has never had before, she was in perfect health since 2011 when we got her, not one single unexpected vet visit. Took her to an OOH vets in Chippenham to have the sad news that she couldn't be saved. All this in 90 minutes.

   Very friendly staff, so helpful and reassuring to both pets and humans. Very clean place, I highly recommend this practice for all pet owners. I cannot thank them enough for the help, knowledge and kindness they have shown me and my fur babies. They always follow up with you and offer treats to pets after treatment and consultation.
