Excellent Vet consultation today with my cat. I felt that nothing was too much trouble and every question/query was answered and explained. As usual excellent receptionist again nothing was too much trouble. I can thoroughly recommend this practice for both expertise and approachability. Thank you
Definitely the best vets in melksham happy to spend time in the consultation with my cat who has a cancerous tumor and explained all options and was very impressed with the vets.
Went in to report a lost pet and the receptionist were incredible! So kind, considerate and calm. I knew if my pet was brought in, I would be contacted immediately and she would be in good hands. The building is very accessible and easy to find.
Friendly and happy to give advice over the phone. No problem getting an appointment and exam and diagnostic explained well.
Staff are very friendly and helpful I would give it a 5* only I've had a few issues with calling for an appointment, the answer phone from lunch doesn't seem to be taken off.
I highly recommend Chapel Vets in Melksham! A lovely caring vet called Vee took so much care of my Alfie and all the team were so patient and caring towards him . As he was in a lot of pain with a horrible lump he was quite snappy with them.The operation to remove it was a complete success ! He is now back to being a happy Alfie! I can’t tell you how much i appreciate all the care and attention given to Alfie and making him better! Thank you so much!
Although vets were sincere in their approach, Its unfortunate how a bill for a distressed cat got to just under £1000. In a cost of living crisis we all need to double think about cost and what your promise of affordable means in your company line ‘exceptional affordable care’.
Looked after our doggie Chester, and helped him go over the Rainbow bridge, with such care and compassion, such caring staff. ❤
