Yet another stay with our only trust worrhy cattery (Queen Charlton) Lucy and her team of girls are so kind and super friendly not just to us humans but the felines are adhored. My ginger tabby Elvis loved the upgrade to a penthouse. Viewing chickens from his window and huge countryside. He didn't want to leave. Booking Xmas 2026 to avoid disappointment. Cheers girls and Lucy x Another holiday for my fur baby. Lucy is the loveliest owner and manager who gives every cat a clean, sterile place to call home. It may look a little shabby from the outside, but it's all safe and clean. I look ot upon shabby chic, but the love and attention is second to none, and is genuinely a 5 star care of attention. My cat has a very special diet that has to be defrosted 24 hours in the fridge before my cat can eat it. It's all steamed and frozen. My cat comes home relaxed and well, with reluctance to leave. Highly recommend.
I have used QCC on many occasions now and Rog settles in very quickly. The staff are lovely, and Rog even enjoys Lucy brushing him (whereas he can’t wait to get away from being brushed at home). It is evident that he's very happy and content in his surroundings when he stays there; I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend QCC, you won't be disappointed! Mrs J Britton
We’ve been using QCC for almost two years and haven’t looked back since. The staff at QCC go above and beyond to care for our cat. He can’t jump as high as most cats, and needs to be on medication every other day. They always accommodate his needs, offering more steps or chairs for him to climb down. They also keep us updated with pictures and videos. Lucy is so attentive and loving towards the cats, and gives our cat a giant cuddle each time we pick him up. She has even nicknamed him! We wouldn’t choose to leave our fur baby with anyone else. Thanks to everyone at QCC!
We have boarded our cats here for several years and have been very happy with the quality of the care. Lucy and David are lovely people and obviously love cats, several of their own are usually to be seen outside. Our current cat, Jake, treats it as a second home.
Our 1st time leaving our pet cat at a cattery so we were nervous. Lucy and her team were great. They assured us that our cat would be well taken care of and they offered to share pics whilst we were away. The area was clean and heated, which was a blessing because it was really cold at that time. After 2 weeks away, glad to say we got back to a happy healthy cat and I couldn't thank the team more for all they did for our chatty Bengal.
Staff have gone above and beyond to make my cat feel comfortable & loved. This was my kittens first time in a cattery, they made an effort to keep me updated with photos and open communication. I’d Highly recommend this cattery - they have a lot of patience and love for animals. There’s plenty of space for the cats to sleep and move around, lots of options available on site. I’ll be bringing Banksy back in the future. :) X
I am so so glad I came across Queen Charlton Cattery! It was Murphy our cats first trip to a Cattery and as a rescue he can be a little nervous at times but I had no reason to worry as they treated him as their own and they looked after him so well! The updates and videos over WhatsApp were such a lovely touch and you could tell they all really care for the cats they look after and give lots of snuggles and attention! I can’t wait to take Murphy for his next holiday there (and ofc goatie his cuddly toy). Thank you so much again for looking after him so well!
