Brilliant care, fair prices, and privately owned. I love knowing I'm supporting an independent vet, and I feel this is reflected in their care, approach and cost. Consultations never feel rushed and I feel like I'm getting meaningful advice to help me make the best choices.
As an anxious person with a nervous dog, we were given time to relax in a friendly environment. Both of my dogs were treated with care and sensitivity. I was given excellent advice and was given time to explore my options. Both dogs are doing well, and the charges were reasonable for the care and medication they needed. There are no hard sell tactics to increase your costs like some other franchise practices. I would definitely recommend Fernlea Excellent 5* quality care
They have taken superb care of Fitz our 21 year old .The staff are so caring and love what they do.I really feel this old chap is in good hands
My elderly whippet is always treated like a VIP here. I have complete trust in them handling him with his best interests at heart. He had his teeth removed a while back here and it gave him a whole new lease of life. They are transparent and honest in their pricings. I am so glad I have found a caring vets for my boy in his senior years.
Everybody is lovely and they treated my cat Azafrán very nicely. Easy to contact by phone or email.
This is a lovely (and professional) veterinary clinic, staff are always very polite, courteous and clearly love animals. The veterinarians themselves are very thorough, happy to discuss any issues and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended. One thing to note is the car park is quite small so sometimes gets full (so leave some time for parking up elsewhere)
I have been coming back since the day I've moved in the area 3 years ago. I walk there since I'm 2 blocks away from it, but there is parking available on the rear of the building. The street is on it, It's one way system so keep the left lane and you'll find the semidetached property just before the traffic lights. In terms of availability and services they have been amazing. In the last two weeks I needed them to have look at my dog. I have simply turn up at the door and in less than 10 minutes one of their vets was examining Dash. And I was confident that would have happened. So thank you guys! It is nice to see good friendly people doing their job caring for us and our pets :)
They were so helpful and caring for my cookie. When they found out she had an aggressive mouth tumor they truely looked after her all up to when we had to make the hard decision it was her time for forever sleep they were so caring and supportive xx thank you all so so much. Great vets for all pets. My cat is on a monthly payment scheme and is well looked after. Recommend.
