Very happy with how the staff looked after my elderly cat . They cared for all his needs including giving medication . We phoned twice and both times we spoke to a member of staff who reassured us that he was doing amazingly. Thank you
Bad customer service. Rude staff. I am writing this negative review to express my disappointment with the service i received. In the beginning, the staff were friendly and responsive when i made my booking. However, my experience got worsened after i had to change my booking date due to urgent matter. I tried to call them for two days straight to discuss about adjusting my booking, but my calls went unanswered. Then on 28th of Jan (the initial booking date) i finally received a call from them. I expressed my concern about their lack of communication and how it made me question trusting them with my cat. The manager was very rude, instead of addressing the issue, they rudely told ‘im not a client’ and cancelled my booking on the spot. The experience was unprofessional and disappointing. Trust and communication is necessary when leaving a pet in someone’s care, and sadly to say City Central Cattery failed with both. I cannot recommend this place to anyone who values trust and respectful service. Needless to say, I did offer 2 stars as they did provide me with a full refund, however this does not justify poor customer service particularly when dealing with people’s pets.
I am in an unfortunate position where I am losing my home and I was really worried about my two beautiful girls but the staff are being so kind and understanding about how upset I am about not being able to have them and that they would not get the same care and attention they were used to. On arrival the girls and I were greeted by Pat who was not atall fazed by my huge bag of things I had for them and didn't bat an eye brow about how I wanted them to still feel they were part of a family. We were taken to a lovely kennel that was clean and warm and Pat settled them in and I could see immediately she was both a cat lover and understood how to handle them. In the days have been staying they've let me know how they are doing and that they have settled in well and the staff spend time with them and they are seeing their personalities . I am very happy to trust City central cattery with the care of my deeply cherished feline family.

Lovely staff who were very friendly! Our cat stayed for a week and I assume she was well looked after as she was back to her usual self within minutes of being back home.
Kelly looked after our two cats while we had some building work done. They were very happy when we picked them up so they must have enjoyed their holiday! Lovely lady who clearly loves cats. Sadly we couldn’t see the facilities due to covid restrictions but I am confident everything was set up for cats to be comfortable in as ours were totally relaxed at the end of their stay. Thank you!!
Amazing staff looked after our boys for 17 days! They came back as happy as they left and we really enjoyed seeing the updates. The team really care about the cats which is obvious to see when you visit.
Mr Tigs has stayed here many times and I would have no hesitation all in recommending City Central Cattery. Lovely staff who are obviously cat lovers. I never worry about sending him there for his holidays.
