Lovely reception area with separate dog and cat areas. Reception staff are very informative and helpful. The vets and nurses take great care to see that your pet is comfortable with the surroundings and make sure they get the best clinical help.
This practice has been truly amazing since we registered with them after one of our dogs unexpectedly became unwell following moving house. They receptionist have always been friendly, welcoming and supportive and the vets and nurses have been supportive, knowledgeable, understanding and caring. I couldn't ask for anything more, I would 100% recommend them to anyone.
Phoned for emergency appointment. My little dog was very unwell, had hemorrhaged from his nose/mouth. This was before 9am. They would not see him until 10.15 by which time he was dead. My other dog has now been taken on by another vet. Disgraceful practice. Avoid at all costs.
Excellent vets - they are so good with my dog who is reactive - they fit round her so the consultation is as least stressful as we can get it. Always knowledgeable and caring and really love the animals - which you can see in all the staff.
Staff super friendly and helpful. Would be lovely if they had a segregation area away from people with dogs as a frightened cat didn't appreciate that.
Normally we use the Hartpury branch but we had to go over to Lydney today for an emergency appointment, the vet was brilliant and the lady at reception was so kind, recommended a lovely little coffee shop where I could go so I wasn’t sat around waiting! Absolutely brilliant from start to finish and our dog is home and well! THANK YOU!
They were there at the worst moment after my dog called Lilly and they helped her on her journey and end her suffering

Staff are so helpful and reassuring, professional and knowledgeable. Every time I ring through the receptionist in particular is always so friendly and approachable. We are so glad we moved to Sundean from a previous vet practice to care for our 3 dogs.
