   Very rude. I was trying to see if a vet closer to my work could do the operation so I didn’t have to leave work for so long. The new vet asked for the information grom Coppins but didn’t get back to me so I phoned Coppins up again and she said she struck me off and there not taking anyone back on. Said she will see what the vet says, told me that I only done it because I wanted another price and overtalked me multiple times. Really not appreciated

   I have nothing but praise for this practice Our beagle George was taken poorly whilst on holiday on a Sunday ..We took him to Coppins tended him kept him overnight diagnosed sadly a marcel tumour gave us extensive notes to pass to his vet the way forward . Sadly we lost him but only after he had had a fantastic beach holiday made possible by them Although we live hours away from the practice and were not regular clients Ken phoned and chatted to me George,'s chances and showed such compassion A truly caring vetinary practice

   Asked for a home visit for a 22 yr old cat. I would pay upfront. Advised too busy..They will call. Of course they didn't. Good insight. Im glad I found out how they operate. I give lots of care to get a cat to 22. They don't get this.

   First visit yesterday and the last. Lack of care or examination of my dog, I was made to feel like I was wasting his time. Been to a different vet for second opinion and dog needed a CT Scan, and had a possible Lymphoma diagnosis. After another day at the referral place for two more rounds of pain relief and IV antibiotics, we're lucky he's still alive, last night we thought his time was up.

   Best vets ever. They actually really care about your pets. Litrally saved my Danes life last week. Staff are amazing and they are excellent on charging as well. After spending dreadful time with Rowe vets for many years just wanting to grab your money and treat you and you pet very poorly, this has been a godsend and the best change for our family of animals. Thank you to Ken and the staff.

   Big thank you to Jo and all the vets at Coppins for making our little Chewie feel better ,he's now back to his cheeky self ,Jo and the girls were great with him ,we came away from a big well know pet shop come vets as they were rubbish, we were recommended to come to Coppins ,it's a 40 mile round trip drive for us but worth every mile as we know they care for their furry friends.thankyou guys and have a great Xmas ,see you in Feb next year love Pete ,Sarah, Chewie xx

   I have complete trust in this veterinary practice. My cats have been with Coppins for over 14 years. My cat has just been involved in what looks like a RTA. So I took my cat to Coppins for a check.. Luckily not too badly injured and Ken the vet, even phoned me this morning to check how he was doing. I would recommend them to everyone.

   Very good service for my Dog from this practice. My dog loves going to this vets. They're always responsive, the staff are great at providing good information in response to my questions about my pet's health. Considered treatments and always check you're happy before proceeding, you never feel like you're being up-sold. They have good covid secure practices in place to handle your pet. Remember your mask and check the reference for your parking bay before checking in by mobile phone.
