A one off visit with my rescue border collie, Ceri, who had cut her foot on a walk. We were much closer to Wooton than the Yate surgery where we are normally seen. I phoned the Yate surgery who made the appointment at Wooton for us. When we arrived at The Wooton surgery everyone was brilliant. Thank you all !

Very helpful and friendly. Our dog had a bad experience in our previous vet. Rowe was recommended to us. They instantly made our dog feel at ease and relaxed.

Always seen promptly. Reception staff & nurses are friendly. Vet Richard Kirby is very caring with Bonnie she is relaxed with him and he informs us of any treatment at every step. Would highly recommend Rowes at Wotton-under-Edge.

Beautiful clean practice with such loving and caring people running it.

More interested in making money unnecessarily rather than working logically and for the best interest of the animal. I wouldn’t use them given the choice again!

Always friendly vets. Quick service when you take your pet for a check-up. Not cheap, but on a par with other vets. The Rowe group offers pet support plans for around £12.50 for a cat. You get annual vaccine and monthly flea treatments and 3 monthly worm treatments included in the plan, as well as six monthly check-ups. You still need critical care insurance to cover other stuff like surgery. The Rowe group have a hospital in Bradley Stoke, so they get out of hours work covered quite well.

We took our 5 month old rescue puppy (perfectly healthy, fully vaccinated may I add) to these cowboys, I suggest if you don't have a "pure breed" you avoid this place. They told us we had to pay £600 for no apparent reason, they tried to push us to pay up with threats of potential euthanasia, pretty disgusting the lengths they would go to in order to get some extra money out of you (the word extortion comes to mind). It has since been confirmed by a vet who actually seems to want to help animals (rather than kill them), that our dog is indeed perfectly healthy. It's disgusting how vets try and profiteer on people's emotional attachment to their animals! Shame on you!
