Have tried other vets in the area and i can honestly say i’m very impressed with the service and kindness from Animal House Chipping Sodbury. I’m finally at ease to know my anxious dog is being thoroughly looked after when he has to visit. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Animal House was very welcoming and put myself and my dog at ease within minutes. The vet was able to diagnose and explain options to me. I went there as I was also recommended and I would happily recommend Animal House to my friends.
Always a great experience. Staff are friendly knowledgeable and we're so kind. When we lost our springer they were very respectful and supportive. They are caring and look after the client as well as the pet. I fell over on a recent visit and they were so kind and made sure I was ok and looked after my dog while I got myself together. Can't recommend them enough.
Really impressed with the vets and all staff at this Vets. They showed sensitivity to my situation and most importantly, showed excellent care, compassion and consideration to our pets. I’d not hesitate to recommend.
Great vets staff are brilliant and have looked after our dog Stan with great care and kindness. We pass the entrance many times when out on his walks and he always pulls to go in, sometimes we let him go into reception to say hello and always gets a warm reception.
Animal house vets have made such a fuss Ash (my dog) he actually tries to go in to see them every time we pass. Ash pulls me into the vets, he is the only dog of the 7 dogs I've had who wants to go into the vets. Just shows the extra care and fuss makes a huge difference.
The vet I saw this time (sorry I didn’t get her name) was great! She was really personable and explained a lot more to me than any previous vet has in the past, giving me advice on how to monitor Opal’s breathing rate so I can potentially spot when her heart may be deteriorating and further treatment may be required. This was really useful info which I’d never heard before and I will definitely do! Obviously I couldn’t come into the room with Opal, but I could hear the vet talking to her and reassuring her, which in turn reassured me.
Excellent care and advice for our Fancy rats. Lovely, caring and empathetic staff. Listening to them cooing over our boys from the waiting area was an absolute joy! Beware of the carpark entrance though! Had to nurse my Fiesta through as it's a squeeze.
