Had an emergency whilst on a hike with my dog and was really impressed with golden valley. They really cared and did everything they could to figure out what was wrong with my pooch. A vet you can trust!
They have been kind, accurate, and incredibly accommodating. We wanted our cat to be exported and every member of the staff from the vet in charge to the receptionist went far above and beyond to help us get all the treatment and paperwork in order. The communications were second to none and their accuracy outstanding. Thank you!
The first thing they ask is do you have Insurance. Not great. Referred to Langford vets who carried out the operation and showed they care. Had to go back to Golden Valley in Nailsea to pick up medication , i was told i could only have a small number of tablets and it took 3 nurses and 30 mins to calculate exactly how many i needed. Once they worked out how many i needed there was no apology.
Our lovely dog passed away few days ago and we are so thankful for all the vets and nurses who care about us. The did everything possible to save her with empathy, compassion and love... Great people...
They saved our dogs life 6 years ago and continue to give him the very best attention so I can't speak highly enough of this practice

Absolutely shocking. The vet we saw didn’t appear interested or qualified - she wasn’t able to take the dogs temperature and missed clear and obvious signs of a lump which was later picked up and resolved by Watkins and Tasker. (Who took very good care of our pet). When we raised the issue with the manager she was more interested in receiving payment than assessing the poor service we received
