   We cannot rate In Ja highly enough. Our cat Pepsi hadn't been well before she went into Willow Cats Hotel - In Ja was aware of this & was happy to look after her. Pepsi took a turn for the worst while in her care - so In Ja took her to the vets - keeping us informed at all times of her progress. We couldn't have asked for anything more & would definitely recommend Willow Cats Hotel & would like to thank In Ja for taking such good care of Pepsi.

   Lovely cat hotel, with an equally lovely owner! In Ja and her family were very welcoming. We first decided to spend a little time to check the place out (as you would - this is where your precious little fluff ball will be staying for a while after all!). I was instantly put at ease. The cattery is in a quiet off-road location, in a lovely country setting. It is kept extremely clean, and a member of the team is always there to keep an eye on the cats. I knew instantly this was where I wanted my kitten to stay while I was away for twelve days. Check in/out was easy, and the pricing is very reasonable. My kitten loved the place so much, when I arrived back from holiday to collect her she didn't want to know me - the little so and so! Oh, and they kindly sent me pictures and videos every other day, so I could see how my little one was getting on. I hugely recommend this cat hotel!!

   In Ja and her team have looked after our kitty on two occasions and he's come back happy and healthy both times. He gets fed good food, is played with and they even send us pics of him during his stay which we really appreciate. Very good prices too. Highly recommend The Willow!!

   My cats spent 3 days here in September and were safe, loved, and cared for from start to finish. They are an unusual breed and had not been away from home before but In Ja and the team had really comprehensive booking forms to get all the information about my pets. There was plenty of space in the rooms and cat towers, beds and things to play with. I also had regular updates about my cats to ease my worries about them settling in and Willow Cats Hotels will be my cat hotel of choice from now on!

   Our two cats have just come home from a week at Willow Cats Hotel. The facility is new and very well set out for visiting cats. Inja who runs the hotel is very passionate about cats and makes sure they are happy and well during their stay. I am very happy to recommend Willow Cat Hotel for others and will definitely be sending my cats there next time we need to go away.
