The Cat Clinic is a perfect environment to have your pet seen. Very friendly and relaxed and treated with care and allowed to explore the treatment room so they felt at home. Excellent treatment and advice.
I can’t thank Dr. Kate and nurse Katie enough for the incredible care they gave my cat, Pop Chip. Also I want to thank the lovely Raven, a care assistant, who was working reception that day - she took the time to explain how it would all work, even though she was juggling lots of tasks! They performed a very thorough dental procedure on Pops, and I’m in awe of the quality of their work — his stitches are so neat and tidy, especially considering how small and delicate the area is. It’s a work of artistry and precision! Pop Chip is not the easiest patient - he’s extremely anxious and fearful of people after being rescued from an abusive home by the RSPCA last year. We only adopted him not long ago too. Despite this, Dr. Kate and nurse Katie handled him with such patience and kindness. They even managed to take blood from his tiny veins and wrangle him back into his carrier, which is no small feat! He’s recovering well from his tooth extractions, and I felt completely supported thanks to the detailed post-op care instructions they provided. I honestly couldn’t have wished for better dental work or more compassionate care. Thank you so much for looking after my little guy so well!
Absolutely brilliant. Thank you so much to all the team. My senior cat Prince needed a complete health check and the vet and nurse were fantastic at keeping him at ease throughout his appointment. 100% will recommend to all my cat loving owners!
I cannot express my deep gratitude to the team for the compassion and care they gave my beautiful cat Sid at the end of his life. The dignity and respect the clinic gave to him (and me and my partner) - will give us great comfort as we adjust to life without him. Very professional team and great services. I was worrying my cats’ infection on feline viruses. Liz was so professional and gave my cats the best professional test and treatment. I have quite a few friends in other cities and their vets either offered the wrong test or doing harmful treatment to their cats. But Liz offered me the best research test centre among UK and the most professional test report. My kitten are long fur so I really treasure their hair, Liz only shaved around 1cm2 to take the blood sample, which was amazing! She always come with a detailed email explaining what the report told me, really considerate for a non-native speaker customers. I like this big team,they all cat lovers and provide great support for helping me claim the insurance.
