   It was my first time visiting today with my cat and I am blown away. The reception team Joy and Luke were so lovely and kind. Lesley was an absolute joy. I've never felt so at ease in a vets before and she was absolutely gorgeous with my cat. Lesley was so helpful, sweet and extremely compassionate. Normally my cat hides for a good while after a vet visit but she came right on out of her carrier and flopped on the floor happily. The best vets ever and I know that my cat is in very very safe hands. You can tell they are passionate and truly care about what they do.

   This practice seems to only hire the most compassionate people you'll ever meet. The care is always spot on, and their manner with your pet and you is so kind. We have been in a couple of times and seen the younger female vet (sorry! I've forgotten your name), and honestly last time I nearly cried she was so sweet with my dog. My dog was feeling unwell so rather than get her up on the table to look in her ears, the vet lay on the floor so my dog didn't have to move. Being independent they also don't try and rip you off like a lot of the chains do. It's all about the animals wellbeing with them, not about the bottom line and trying to upsell you extra services etc. The best vets in Bath.

   Such kind and caring staff, especially Luke and Leslie who always take such good care and are so gentle with my pets. They are also so helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. I always know my pets are in good hands at Bath Veterinary Centre. Bath Veterinary Centre provides an animal centred, good value and honest service. I really can't recommend them enough and wouldn't take my pets anywhere else. Thank you all for your hard work!

   Roger and the other vets are great and always so friendly and really professional. Unfortunately the older lady on reception is always extremely rude. She is one of those people who will put an obstacle to anything you ask and willingly try not to help. There’s not been one time she hasn’t picked up her phone midway through a conversation with me, even though I was there first and while I’m talking to her. So rude! It’s such a shame as otherwise the clinic would be 5 stars ( and it is if you ignore her).

   Such a brilliant vet. Everyone is always so friendly, and it's such a personal service. Roger is excellent - he has a wonderfully calm manner, and I appreciate his pragmatic approach. I never feel like we are being 'fleeced' here - always open and transparent. We are moving overseas, and ended up with an unplanned vet trip last minute... pet owners of Bath, look no further!
