   My son was misdiagnosed by the pharmacist after 111 sent him there. After we suggested to the pharmacist that he might have tonsillitis, he was told he had flu and there was nothing that could be done. He spend 4days in bed really ill. When he finally got an appointment with the doctor he was diagnosed with tonsillitis. Absolutely terrible. Do not get any advice from these people.
