Me and my friend visited the Boots store in Bath today. We spent some time at the makeup section and Zainaboo helped us. She was really helpful, patient, and sweet, and took the time to explain things properly. She made us feel comfortable and welcome, and it genuinely made our visit better.

Appalling behavior from an employee who bulldozered into me, then had the nerve to be upset with me instead of apologizing. If I want to be charitable, I could just assume that sauna like environment has an impact on the staff's mood but he's still and adult and should be able to behave accordingly. This used to be such a lovely store, but ever since they restructured it into the business of overpriced heat rotten makeup on the first floor, and everything useful jammed into the second floor, it has become unbearable. I did do myself the favor of not coming here unless absolutely necessary anymore, and after today, I will stop going full stop. The irony is that before the redesign, I used to buy so much makeup here.

This branch feels like a serious health hazard. The ventilation is so poor and the air so muggy that itβs hard to breathe it even made someone in my friend group feel faint. I certainly wouldnβt bring my children here anymore under these conditions. Itβs shocking that a franchise of this size is operating like this. Until the ventilation is properly fixed, my friends, family, and I wonβt ever be coming back, and Iβve raised my concerns with the local councilβs Environmental Health team. Also they need to add staff on the upper floor because there is nobody to assist except the cashiers who are always (understandably) busy.

Came back just to say thank you to Angela at Dior, who helped us last week β she was truly wonderful. So attentive, patient, and made us feel really looked after. The whole experience felt effortless and special. Really grateful for the care β it deserved to be acknowledged.

EMPLOY MORE STAFF!!! Waiting for 20 minutes on a Sunday afternoon, just to get some travel sickness pills that are hidden behind glass. After about 10 minutes, a staff member said she would get someone - nobody came. After another 10 minutes. a different staff member told the queue to move to the pharmacy queue. A gigantic waste of time!

Horrible pharmacist services ever! Booked a pharmacist appointment and arrived on time. All staff were busy and had been told to line up in queue. Waited for 20 minutes in queue, finally got to the pharmacy counter, then the pharmacist in charge said we were late so we wouldn't be seen that day and rescheduled our appointment to a month later. Seriously? We did arrive on time and it is not our fault that we had to wait that long in queue. It took us an hour to travelled to this store and we were a group with elderly and children. They just don't care at all. This store is full of customers and visitors all time. Better avoid this store by all means and book somewhere else.

So Iβm stood at the pharmacy till point watching the person in front being served with two items in my hand. Another lady comes over and asks how she can help. I ask one question, about one of the items in my hand and then ask to pay. Her reply was that I needed to go to another till WHF!!! Just because she was too lazy to ring it through the till. Wish Iβd thrown the bottle back at her rather than just knocking over the stand! Waste of space.

No signal so cannot access app in store. Not Boots problem but causes issues. Mis-charged... questioned it but the lady got confused. I just paid, I was in a rush and it wasn't enough to stress over.

Terrible experience at the opticians. Very unprofessional and uncaring staff there who treated me poorly. I made the mistake of saying I had been suffering suspected conjunctivitis (which had cleared up but left me with a blurry eye) and at that point they said they couldnβt carry out an eye test, and made me feel like Iβd infected the whole shop by coming in the door. Never ever going back to that place. No apologies or anything for the way they treated me. Absolutely abysmal customer service and I felt very upset by the whole experience.

Bianca and Phoebe from the Drunk Elephant counter were so helpful in finding me a product that I felt achieve my needs and was cruelty free. They also took the time to explain and construct a skin care routine for myself and friends leaving us with samples of recommended products. After a few uses we can say that we are more than happy with our purchase.
