   Totally gone to the dogs over the past few months. On one occasion, I stood there waiting as the staff in the pharmacy area had a full on argument between themselves while a woman who identified herself as the Area Manager tried to restore order. They take your phone number, allegedly to text you when your script is ready. This has never once happened. I constantly have to chase up scripts that my doctor supplied to them, sometimes over a week before and they’re still not done. From order to actually ready to collect, the last one took two weeks. Used to be a very efficient place. Now looks like it’s being run into the ground as an excuse to close it.

   DO NOT ORDER YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE… This Boots closes whenever it feels like it, lunchtimes or before it’s advertised opening hours. If you need a prescription that’s important to you, get it sent somewhere else. The staff will ignore you, the management don’t care and won’t even follow their own policies if there is an issue. Boots should take action but looking at the general comments they are either ignoring the problems here or just not interested. AVOID

   Boots twerton high street, what can i say, been my local pharmacy for over 10years. Yes service is SLOW and Staff choices over the years have been questionable( some rude, some timid & seem scared to talk, some lovely and bubbly, there was one lady who was so helpful and seemed to know everything 6years ago, was sad when she left! But having a Boots in the high street has been very helpful and saves many trips into town especially for No7 products! be sad to see it go and turned into Jhoots,

   It took me four attemps to get my most recent prescription. The first two times it was closed in the middle of the day with no indication when it would open again, 3rd time I was given an empty box instead of medicine, 4th time I got it. Pharmacist just stared blankly at me when I asked a question. Really odd vibes in there

   The shop is small not very nicely presented and quite sparsely equipped. I went in to buy some infected eye drops for my husband but they refused to let me buy them saying they needed proof they were Infected.

   Been using this pharmacy for many years for prescriptions and all other things medical . Seen lots of staff come and go mostly happy with the service sometimes it's very busy and the customers are queing outside but the staff sort it in a timely manner. Mostly good feedback for this local pharmacy.
