They quote for a dental procedure, £600, then guilt trip you into extras £922. I don't believe the extras were necessary. No wonder the animal charities are overflowing.

Highly recommend! We took our kitty Loki here and it was his first time, so naturally we were stressed out as he is quite anxious when other people are around. But we just had the best experience with them and felt soo welcome! Loki was soo calm around them which was a bit of a shock to us :) Thank you for taking a good care of us!

Kind, caring vets/nurses that do all they can to help your animal. Transparent with pricing and do what they can to keep costs at a minimum for you. Healthy Pet Club has 100% been worth it too. Highly recommend!

I had to sadly have my cat put to sleep this week. I was given a quick appointment and the receptionist was helpful and efficient. I found the whole experience in the practice cold , with the receptionist greeting me at the door with ,” I am on the phone, “ The vet was professional . The receptionist ignored me on the way out , I looked her way to say goodbye but no words or eyes contact. I have to say I found this practice completely devoid of any empathy or compassion. On top of that I have to contact the company that will cremate my cat myself to arrange to be picked up from the vets . Not sure I would want to return.

Always trust these guys with my pets since it opened. It may have changed hands but the vets, nurses and receptionists are amazing.

Very good vets. Reception staff, vet nurse and vets all good. Quick service and good advice.

We have four Italian greyhounds, and our youngest, who is a rescue puppy and is also a little disabled after a spinal injury, went to Ashman Jones for her spay. I was very nervous for her. She’s tiny (2.4kg) and Iggies are notorious for losing heat in surgery and sometimes reacting unpredictability to anaesthesia. The lovely vet couldn’t have been more skilled, informed, and empathetic. Spyder sailed through the op as if nothing had happened. The nurses and reception team cooed all over her and it was a massively positive experience. If you have a sight hound, I can absolutely recommend them.

The vetinary physician was friendly, helpful, and professional - I have no criticism of their service. What I really object to is that the vet also acted as a salesperson, trying to rush me into a decision to sign up to petplan during the consultation without having the time or inclination to clearly explain the costs involved or the terms and conditions of cancelling in the future (I was directed towards a leaflet which also lacked this information). I imagine they do so at the behest of the management and, while you may catch some vulnerable people out in the moment, I think it is a mistake and would suggest you reconsider this approach. We will move to a different vet because, while I'm sure you will say it is not the case, acting in this way places the worry in my mind that you care more about profit than the health of my pet.

Such wonderfully friendly & professional staff. Everything was explained to us clearly, medicines, dosage etc. A very pleasant and easy experience for us and our Pet.
