   Well Sea Mills is my local pharmacy. Ryan is a fantastic and knowledgable pharmacist who genuinely cares about his customers and their health. Very helpful in terms of advice and diagnosis of minor illnesses. Friendly team in store and seems so calm and organised compared to a few years ago when there were routinely queues outside the door and the pharmacy seemed disorganised and staff working under stress.

   Lovely, friendly service from the staff here. I have had two prescriptions in the past week that have been dispensed to me promptly with a smile. On observation; it seems much of the poor staff’s time is wasted by people not listening to the doctor; trying to collect prescriptions that don’t exist or aren’t ready yet. This obviously makes the shop a bit chaotic and busy, as the staff do their best to help. There is a text notification service but people clearly aren’t using it. I hope something changes soon as it makes it very difficult for them to do their jobs.

   WORST CHEMIST IN BRISTOL they never answer the phone, the shop is always in absolute chaos, the staff are pretty clueless (always plenty of them on, just making more chaos really) and the computer Steele they use hasn’t streamlined their service at all. I really must find a different one going forward. Appalling. Avoid!!

   I had an awful experience at this pharmacy today! I am mid 50s with controlled asthma and I had booked a flu jab at this site. On arrival I was challenged in front of at least 4 other members of the public along with 3 members of staff, so in public, about my condition and whether or not I’d be entitled to this vaccination on the NHS! Very unprofessional and a big breach of patient confidentiality. I felt embarrassed and told them so. The pharmacist shrugged her shoulders. Wow what a disgrace. Myself and my family certainly won’t give them revenue again.
