   Awful since Jhoots took over. Often just closed without warning when it's supposed to be open, depriving customers of prescriptions without notice. Wasted my time visiting twice during opening hours to find shutters closed. Even when it is open the shelves are basically empty with the handful of stocked items having no price labels. The staff are rude, and entering the building feels like stepping into a ransacked pharmacy in the post-apocalypse.

   Is no longer owned by Boots. It is now Jhoots Pharmacy( who have second branch at Odd Down). Both shop frontages are shabby(I know things are financially tough for independent pharmacies but if you can’t afford a sign for your shop things must be really desperate). You could drive past both of the Jhoots premises and not know they were pharmacies. Mount Road branch was late opening yesterday with no apology or “ Good morning”from the pharmacist on duty- neither did he serve the three customers.I left without making a purchase, Both shops seem to hold hardly any stock( Odd Down hasn’t for a few years now.They explained a refurbishment was planned but it’s never taken place). Both premises offer a very low energy experience. A very puzzling way to run a business.

   Recently changed names to hoots no stock on the shelf and more disorganised than ever before behind the pharmacy is absolute mess a business especially at pharmacy

   Worst pharmacy, my girlfriend’s pill was not available when they said it would be and she has called for once every week for 3 weeks since and it still has not been delivered. Every time she calls they say it will be available next week and it never is. Every time she has got the pill before the pharmacy has had to send her somewhere else to collect it. Further her flatmate was given the wrong medication.

   Absolutely rubbish service, My prescription was out through at 9am this morning when I turned up to collect it they only handed me one item on the prescription then told I’d have to wait for the other two items that were on the same prescription !!
