“Rosie has been coming to Coopers Cuts for around 4-5 years and we have always had an amazing experience. Rosie goes in looking like she's been dragged through a hedge backwards, to emerge like a new pooch. (And always smelling sooooo gorgeous!) Esther and the team have always been amazing, friendly and just brilliant all round. I've never had a poor experience, no injuries or cuts (and it's worth mentioning Rosie is a bloody fidget so that says alot for their patience and skill). Sophie led the classes & found her to be really professional, helpful & so knowledgeable! I also take my dog along to their pet groomer Chloe, who has been amazing with her & always do a fantastic groom. “Incredible place. Not only did the lovely ladies manage to squeeze me in ridiculously last minute - when I turned up to take my dog away he didn’t want to leave! Was very happy just having a hug with one of the groomers. Beautiful little shop as well, so perfect for me to grab a treat on the way out. Super service from the initial phone call right the way through to having a very happy dog return to me. Already booked the next appointment and highly recommend you do as well. Thank you”

“What an amazing job! I adopted a Persian/ragdoll mix with so much matted fur the vets couldn't tackle it in an entire day. Not only did Louise manage this in under 90 minutes but she removed SO much loose fur that he came back half the size (in a good way...!) and very smooth and silky. Since the session his energy and activity levels have skyrocketed as he's so much more comfortable. I'd highly recommend Louise as a very effective cat groomer.”
