Lilo loves going to Melissa for her grooms! Scruffy to Fluffy is affordable, thorough, and always does a fantastic job. I couldn’t recommend them enough!
We have been going to scruffy 2 Fluffy for three years. Winnie my labradoddle loves going to see Melissa on a regular basic for a full groom.
We had a lovely experience at Scruffy to Fluffy! my dog came home looking absolutely gorgeous and smelling great. They have a very good app set up and their prices are reasonable for the incredible work that they do. I witnessed other dogs present who were all clearly comfortable and calm. I really like the environment that they provide for the dogs , it’s a very relaxed and warm family environment and the team are so friendly! I intend to see them a lot more! Fabulous work . Thank you
Just had Cotton and Amber's first groom with Melissa,we were very nervous parents but no need ,she was very professional a lovely lady with her assistant chloe. The premises were the best we have seen and a big bonus the outside space which was lovely as our cockapoos are quite anxious,so they could have a run around The groom on both dogs was just what we asked for and they smelt divine,we are soo lucky to have found scruffy2fluffy and can fully recommend her .
I am so glad I found scruffy 2 fluffy. They are so friendly and Lola loves going every 8 weeks. Melissa is so good with the dogs and treats them like her own. I would not take Lola anywhere else
Scruffy 2 Fluffy has been absolutely wonderful with our super anxious hound. He did not want to be groomed in the slightest - such that it was starting to affect his health. Melissa spent a lot of time slowly getting him used to the grooming environment, tools and procedures over a number of visits, never pushing him beyond his comfort zone and showing infinite patience, and now a year on, he has completely transformed in character and approach to grooming. I would even say he enjoys it now (even if he can still be difficult from time to time)!
We love Scruffy 2 Fluffy! Melissa always does a super cut for my little Betsy who comes away happy and looking beautiful. Melissa has a great set up, safe and clean. I can highly recommend!
Lovely experience for both me and my dog Bella. Melissa and team are so patient and gentle (my dog gets quite nervous) and always do such a beautiful job. So happy to have discovered Scruffy 2 Fluffy!
Melissa did a lovely groom on my Archie boy he looked and smelt amazing at the end! He is old now and is not a fan of being groomed at all but Mel was very patient with him and did everything she could to make him look fresh! Highly recommend!
