I took my dog in to get a groom and her nails cut and she left with one nail really short to the point that her nerve was cut in the making leaving her now to panic when her nails get cut
Really happy with our first groom at Bob the Dog Shop - our shihpoo1 yr old puppy looks perfect and just as we requested, came back smelling lovely, and seemed happy when we collected her. Seems a very well run and professional groomers I would highly recommend.
The team were brilliant with our border terrier puppy Bobbi. They are so knowledgable and gave great advice. We booked Bobbi in for a groom to get her used to the experience and salon and then she had a full hand strip. She was super happy so in good hands! Just moved to this groomers as our local one has shut; but I’m glad it did as our dog has had an amazing cut and groom! Lovely staff, dogs are relaxed and happy, and the perfect cut!
5 stars because these people are doing an excellent job. We have a cocker spaniel and we decided to ask for a short cut as is very hot and to be honest we were very nervous about the result but WOW, she never looked so good!!! She is not patient at all and I really don't know how they managed to make her look soooo perfect. Perfection! I highly recommend this place. THE BEST!!!!!!
We've visited twice now to have our Norfolk Terrier hand stripped and both times they've done an excellent job. We've been let down before by groomers who don't understand hand stripping and do a poor job but the guys at Bob's always do a fantastic job and Moose always looks perfect. And best of all, he is always incredibly happy and relaxed when we come to pick him up. Thankyou so much!

The were very gentle with my puppy, knowing it was his first grooming. His tail was even wagging through the trimming! And because he is a bit scared of the drier, they started out with him on their lap. They clearly love dogs and take great care with them. Now he smells great, feels very soft and I can see his eyes again. I’ll definitely be coming back
Fantastic salon the girls were so kind and good with my extremely nervous cocker spaniel. Also friendly and smiling can fit you in. My dog scared in other salons but not here. The owners lovely also 5stars
