   Have been coming here for just shy of a year and can honestly say what a wonderful place. My dog is a) cheeky and b) anxious, but they take such good care of him and he always comes out looking (and smelling!) amazing! Everyone who works there is lovely and friendly and I love getting something from their shop after to treat him with! Love that they do the themed photos and tinsel on there leads for Christmas too! Very thoughtful ❤️

   I have had to go through quite a few groomers to find the right one for my GSD. I must say although I have moved away from my home town Bath, but I make the journey every month to come and have my dog groomed with Rachael, she is superb with Shepherds, gentle kind and my dog absolutely loves her! 5* simply isn’t enough, everyone is supper friendly and it always smells nice. I definitely recommend. Thank you Rachael for always making my dog and I smile! ✨

   Incredible place. Not only did the lovely ladies manage to squeeze me in ridiculously last minute - when I turned up to take my dog away he didn’t want to leave! Was very happy just having a hug with one of the groomers. Beautiful little shop as well, so perfect for me to grab a treat on the way out. Super service from the initial phone call right the way through to having a very happy dog return to me. Already booked the next appointment and highly recommend you do as well. Thank you

   Amazing Groomers My Cockapoo absolutely loves his trips to the groomers, Helen and her team always make Bailey feel calm and safe, he comes out just as excited as he goes in. I absolutely recommend Millionhairs for all your grooming needs not only do they make your furry babies feel happy but you come away knowing your dog is in good hands.

   I took my sausage dog to these lovely people. She absolutely hates having her claws done. These guys were amazing. She had a little cry on the first one and then after that (due to all the cuddles!) she was perfect. Can’t thank you enough. We’ll be booking in again soon! P.s. they also have some lovely treats, collars, leads etc!

   They're so lovely with our anxious greyhound. He goes for his bath every few months here and loves it. Rachel is really sensitive and experienced, built his confidence up at a pace he was happy with, and was really upfront with us about what might be possible and at what speed. Now when we turn up for his bath his tail doesn't stop wagging!
