   AVOID!!!Terrible experience with using this company for a cat groom. My maine coon went in for her first ever groom she had 3 small mats not close to the skin at the edge of her belly and they shaved half of her side off to remove this! She also had an toilet accident and was wet underneath whilst there. The groomer told me they had to shave her belly because of this. Since when does that constitute as needing to shave her WHOLE belly! My mainecoon came out worse than before she went in, and when I complained, I was met with ignorance and no attempt at an apology. AVOID AT ALL COSTS unless you want a poorly groomed pet. I am fully aware they do not style cats, but I did expect some level of neatness and professionalism. If I could give 0 stars, I would! * edit to owners reposnse. You're employee told me there were 3 mats only... there were also none under her armpits at the time of grooming. I know because I checked before she left. The notes were a guide I made at booking in early Jan and I had brushed out her knots under her armpits before attending, which your employee was aware of. It's not about how she looks it's about the unnecessary shaved side. Where half her length has been shaved off. Pic attached of before and after. I feel I have left an honest review not only for the work carried out but also how customers are expected to be dealt with.

   Super friendly and accommodating! Always listen to how I like my cockapoo to be cut and do an amazing job every time. They're very knowledgeable and happy give me advice if I have questions regarding my dogs groom!

   Found the owner to be quite rude. I had been getting my dog groomed here for a few years with no problems until I was a little late on two occasions (10 mins and this was out of character for me but I had been very ill myself) She then sent a rude email demanding payment up front and refused to book in appointment over phone too! If this is how she treats loyal customers after 4 years then you could be next!!! She also didn't do what she was supposed to as she hadn't been properly cleaning my dogs ears during a FULL groom, which resulted in my dog losing her hearing due to an ear infection. Also her dew claws hadn't been cut despite regularly groomed here (they were in a full circle and I had to take to vets to cut them!) Because I don't like to complain I let this go but on reflection I wouldn't want this to happen to another poor dog. My previous groomer cleaned ears/trimmed nails as routine so I thought maybe I was wrong to assume she should have been, but having now found a delightful groomer I realise this was negligence on her part.
