Sharon took care of Mollie today, and gave her a beautiful shampoo nail clip and haircut. She is always so patient and welcoming to us. Even though Mollie is nervous beforehand, she is soon happy and relaxed once I’m gone (Sharon reassures me) She is worth every penny as I know our family dog is in safe hands. Thank you ☺️

Our 18 month old Bedlington/whippet has been groomed by Sharon since he was tiny and she does such a fantastic job. Today he had a trim and we are over the moon with the result. His coat looks so much better and is soft and tangle free. I can’t recommend Dogwood spa enough, the ladies are so kind and friendly and our boy always looks a million dollars when we pick him up.
Bethany was incredible! From start to finish! From reassuring me about my 7 month old puppy’s first groom to being finished with such a polished and gleaming job when I went to pick Bruce up! This is the third time I have used Sharon at Dogwood grooming in Frome, Tatty is a very nervous spaniel and I really didn’t think she would go through the whole process without giving Sharon a little grief, however she has groomed her beautifully, put us and Tatty at ease. Sharon is simply fantastic with our rescue dog Casper. She is so calm and gentle with him. Casper is gradually getting better and better every time we take him. Her patience is simply wonderful. She takes such good care of him and always takes the time to listen to us. We wouldn’t take him any where else. Thank you for making not only Casper’s experience positive but also ours as owners. Been going to Dogwood for my cockapoo groom for a few month, they are wonderful! My dog has issues around grooming and they are great with her, her cut is spot on every time. Thank you ladies
This is the second time I have taken my Westie for a cut here and am delighted with the service. Sharon transformed my really scruffy boy into a smart but practical one as he is always into mischief! The cut was professional and kindly done and you can see that She had a way with animals as my dog was really happy when I picked him up. The staff are super friendly and the price was reasonable. As it was based inside the pet shop I could pick up a few doggy bits whilst there too. I would definitely recommend this grooming salon to anyone that was looking for a good groomer. I have already booked our next appointment and will continue to do so. 5 stars from us!
Sharon and the team are absolutely wonderful! They take such care when grooming our westie, Skye. She is very nervous of groomers and can sometimes be aggressive if she is scared, but Sharon calms and treats her well. Sharon is the first person Skye will let groom her, we are thrilled to have found Dogwood. Plus, she looks absolutely gorgeous every time. Thank you so much, see you soon!
