Used this groomer for the first time today. Took our Spaniel in looking like a hippy. Now looks fantastic. Excellent job, great service, good price. Highly recommended. My wife use to be a groomer so is tough to please. Shes very happy.
My dog is very nervous after a bad experience at another groomers. Lucy has been so gentle with her that she no longer has to be carried in and is always happy to go inside. Always does a fantastic job making her look super smart with added pamper! Thank you so much! Highly recommend
I recently took my six month old Cockapoo to The Groomery. Lucy took the time to understand my dog's specific needs and was so gentle and patient throughout the grooming process. My dog looked amazing after the session, and I could tell he was comfortable and well cared for. Lucy's attention to detail is exceptional, and her love for animals truly shines through in her work. Used The Dog Groomery for both our dogs for a couple of years. Kira was excellent and the dogs loved her but has sadly left. Recent experience has not been so good. One dog looked barely groomed and the other one was very stressed during the groom and couldn't wait to leave. He's very docile and I was told he "went for" the groomer which is totally out of character for him. He was clearly stressed. We cancelled a recent appointment and received no acknowledgement of the message or call to rebook. We will be looking elsewhere.
