   I received a very unfriendly welcome when I went to have my dog's nails cut under our health plan, only to be told after that we shouldn't have gone there and that we had to pay even though it's included in our care package. We have been there before and it was done for free but today was different and the lady just kept repeating that she'd worked there for ages and it has never been free so I was just wrong, if things have changed then they could have informed me in advance or at least told me the price since I couldn't see it when I arrived anyway. What's worse is that my dog hated it, she whimpered and shook the whole time, thankfully it wasn't long but she was absolutely fine for her jabs a little while after so I wouldn't recommend it on that basis that it's not the most caring place, there are lots of other groomers in Bath, we'll be going elsewhere.

   Easy to drop off, staff ask what trim you would like the dog to have & give you a time of when to pick up pet. My dog couldn’t see out her eyes for her long dirty fur but came out smelling lovely, so clean & tidy & she has eyes again! Fur so soft.

   It was our dog’s first time to a groomers and we were a little nervous. Fortunately, the two ladies there were welcoming and very understanding of his needs. We left him to have a full groom and they carried out a splendid job. They sorted out his hair knots, washed him (he’s never smelt better!) and trimmed his paws and cut his nails perfectly. We will be definitely using them again and would highly recommend them.

   I hadn’t used the groom room before and was anxious as my 12 year old shitzu had his eye removed 2 months ago and also a nervous 12 year old chihuahua. I collected 2 beautifully groomed calm happy dogs. I highly recommend them all the girls were lovely. Thank you see you soon
