i live locally, pharmacy is never open, which is unfortunate of in need of emergency, some people are lovely, shame that in general such a terrible pharmacy, no stock, never open. heard they dont pay employees, most likely why in such a state
Appalling service, no stock, can't process prescriptions and often give them back to you saying go somewhere else. Also the building is in a dreadful state of repair, so all in all a disgraceful way to run a business.
Wish I'd checked these reviews before I switched to this Jhoots Pharmacy for my repeat meds, as I've been trying to call them all morning and no one answering the phone. Guess I'll have to drive all the way there and hope my meds are ready - Grrr!
Can seem to get any one on phone and its not like phone lines are down they just dont awnser. Very fustrating qhen you want advice or to check if your medication is ready. The phones ring and ring and iv tried all sorts of times and different days but no awnser. So fustrating
Shop frontage is very shabby and lets the area down. You wouldn’t know this was a chemist unless you live in the area. Hardly any items stocked with predominantly empty shelves. I mentioned this years ago and was told the shop was being refurbished. The refurbishment has never taken place! I know independent chemists are finding it hard going financially but if you can’t put up a proper sign for your shop things must be desperate. Jhoots branch at Mount Road didn’t open on time today and the pharmacist didn’t apologise or speak to the three people waiting to get out of the cold. I was a pleasant customer and said”Good morning”,but pharmacist didn’t go on to serve any customers. I left without making a purchase.
Always very polite and hard working. I see there have been bad reviews but I honestly think those are unfair. The pharmacist will make time for you for 1-1 discussion of medication. I'm grateful for the staff and location of this pharmacy.
Congratulations, you are the running the worst pharmacy I've ever visited. Joke of a place, they're only in business because they manage to overcharge for basics. Unfriendly and incompetent staff
Very bad pharmacy. The owner is unfriendly, making you feel uncomfortable, which I would ignore if the staff was helpful, and it is not at all. Today I was sold an expired medication, which eventually motivated me to write this review. Sadly, it is the only pharmacy in a walking distance from where I live.
More of a joke shop than a chemist! Rang the pharmacy to enquire about stock of Wellbaby Vitamin Drops - guy on the phone was clueless and abrupt. Staff obviously lack basic training, unaware of well known brands they sell. I've only shopped here once before and they charged my card twice. As if prescriptions we're extortionate anyway. This shop is the equivalent of a vegan running a grill restaurant.
Nice little pharmacy, very convenient for picking up prescriptions and buying the essential medical supplies. Staff are nice enough and professional. I would definitely recommend coming here if you live in the locally.
