Emily in the store in Bath was so very helpful. We are rehousing a 8 month kitten and she was a font of information regarding diet, litter tray and settling our kitten into her new home.

The dogs always love to go to Pets Corner – there are a lot of very tempting treats at nose height to distract them. The staff are always friendly and helpful and they have a very good refund policy if items are not suitable or your dog just doesn't like the food or treats you try. We go there often and always spend too much money!

A lovely store with lovely people who genuinely care about your pet. Well stocked with many premium items but also staples too. Loads of easy parking also as it's attached to a great Garden Centre so you can spend hours shopping. I would highly recommend a visit!

Having visited Bath store many times the staff have always been very friendly and helpful especially having a young dog that has a sensitive stomach, recommending diets that maybe suitable and introducing us to Yora wet dog food which has helped greatly.
Puppy hour has been fantastic! Such a brilliant idea, the weekly sessions have been fantastic for socialising our little puppy and great for the hoomans too! The store is always really well stocked with loads of good quality products and the staff are all super helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend :-)
